We were rushing an hr before closing & the staff was all beyond helpful. The local Lowe's we have need lessons from this Lowe's staff. Thank you all for going above & beyond for being so helpful as could be. Much repect

I had Lowe's of Kalamazoo, MI deliver my new refrigerator. Socrates and his assistant were amazing. They arrived exactly when they promised. They took great care getting my new refrigerator into my house. I have an old house with very narrow doorways. They went above and beyond removing and reinstalling both my house door and the refrigerator doors. They took great care not to damage anything. Would highly recommend ! Thank you so much guys !

Just wanted to spotlight the great service I received today at Lowe's. I use a walker and it was a rainy day. The minute I walked in I was offered assistance finding something, and when I found the aisle a young man helped me find it. Walking back to the Garden Center, a young woman asked what I was looking for and I told her and she directed me me to where it was and how to avoid the rain. Then the older man who greeted me found everything else I wanted and even went to the rainy area to get it! He also helped me find a spade that was cheaper than what I was going to get. Finally the young man at checkout took my cart out for me to pickup without leaving the car.

Kudos to Lowe's for caring about their customers!

Everyone was so chipper and excited to help. There was someone in every aisle ready to assist. I love how they helped me cut some larger lumber that I needed for my project and offered a couple of tips to make things a little more effective.

Rajaa helped me with some pretty complicated warrenty issues. She was amazing! She could have just given me the “800” number and sent me on my way, but she did not. She took charge and completely fixed my problem! She was so helpful and I am very grateful for her help and kindness.

This huge "thank you" goes out to Mr. Jake (Diadiun, Kalamazoo, MI store). What a great experience with this purchase, with Jake helpfully navigating us through an awesome find/purchase! This is a great employee you have here, Lowe's.

I was greeted and helped right at the door. The greeter pointed out where the item was that I was looking for was located. Then the clerk at customer service helped me out because I left my wallet in the car. Then the clerk at the self check out helped me out with my gift cards. The staff was awesome. Thank you to those people who helped me right from when I got in the door. All the way till I was leaving.

This location is always well stocked, clean & has plenty of parking available. The staff is friendly. It’s rare that I have to go anywhere else for home improvement projects. After hundreds of visits I’ve only ever had one issue. An item was accidentally rung up twice. I brought the receipt up the next day and they immediately refunded the money without hesitation. I’ll definitely be back. Likely on a weekly basis indefinitely.

Easy to find what you need and there is usually an associate around when you have a question. They have a good selection of countertop material, vinyl flooring, and tiles that are in style.

I went to lowes in Kalamazoo west main and let me just tell you I had the most fabulous group of guys and 1 lady so helpful loaded all my wood on trailer, explained some. important information with us about the rewards they offer,very respectful , oh my God such a wonderful store on West main very clean store.Thank you . Kevin. Andrew, Jake,Kevin, Karen, Jacob, I think he was manengent you rock.

Recently had an excellent experience purchasing carpet at Lowe's. Will, the store Associate who first assisted me, was great. He was very thorough in explaining the process from selection through installation. His knowledge and advice regarding selection options ultimately saved me over $300.00. Will was personable, professional and helpful throughout the process. The room measurement process went exactly as it was supposed to with excellent communication during scheduling. Installation could not have gone better. Luis and Cruz, the two installers assigned my installations were great! Called prior to arrival, explained the installation process and got to work. As with everyone I worked with on this project, they were personable, professional and good at what they do. Very thorough, explained everything well, installation looks great and everything was cleaned up after the job.

Lowe's, their employees and the contracted installers made my carpet purchase/installations a positive experience and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Chris was knowledgeable about the type of wood I was looking for and helpful from beginning to end. The cuts were perfect!!! I was in and out with no hassle. Chris even loaded my vehicle for me, thank you so much! Also wish I got the lady name who checked me out she was pleasant and linked me up with Chris! Thanks you two.

Lowes offers free cuts with purchase of wood but **only horizontal or vertical.**

Found everything I needed. It was easy to find help and the associate answered all my questions about the microwave hood I was interested in.

I bought a Bamboo Plant for a friend on Mother's Day. Also got some stuff to keep my Spider Plant sprouting. The photos are of my Bamboo I got from Lowe's a few month's back,& Spider Plant I feed with products from Lowe's! It's another one of the best spots to go in for home improvements.

Love Lowe's. They price match, give pros and vets a discount. Great all in one store for home repair or beautification.

Audrey and Molly are the best. It's been a long time since I've seen such great customer service. Had a minor mix up with an order and they went way above and beyond with how aggressive they approached a solution! Wish they both worked everywhere I do buisness!

I purchased lumber for a fence last Wednesday. I was assisted by Matthew Bork, who was very helpful in making sure that I got everything I needed to install it. He was very professional! It is great to see that there are still a few people out there that are helpful and professional! Thank You!
