I always enjoy shopping at Kohl's. Great parking which is well lit even at night. A very helpful and kind staff. One actually feels like the staff is happy that you came in. They smile! Love the perks of 30 per cent off and Kohl's cash!

Holiday Sale lots of choices and good prices

✨👵 I host a game afternoon 3 times a month for seniors in my apartment complex and needed an electronic card shuffler. After visiting four stores, I looked up online what I was searching for and found it listed at two stores, the other store was out, but Kohl's close to home had it. I was able to enjoy Kohl's 50% savings and get what I needed. Kohl's is offering the suffer as a stocking stuffer for the holidays 🤩.

I was looking to buy a specific coat. The sales associate at the counter had another sales associate escort me to the very coat I was looking for. Every person involved in the transaction was courteous and accommodating. I felt very special!

Absolutely great store, many getting items out there and all asking if they can assist. Clean store. Very nice and found great deals.

Tess the check out associate was very professional. Helped the lady ahead of me solved a problem with great empathy. Asked her to come back and tell her that the issue got solved. Very competent associate.

Kaitlyn and curtis that work customer service or beyond amazing I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. Because they both deserve a mililian, they're awesome beyond words. Can you explain their service? Their politeness? Just everything love them dearly.

Only went here for an Amazon return but found a few cute things on sale

My recent visit to the West Main St. Kohls was like entering a brand new store! Everything was neat and well organized, staff was super friendly too. Whoever is running this store now has fixed all the problems. Amazing turnaround!

I've never been a nig fan of Kohl's but I've shopped there twice in 2 weeks! My Christmas shopping and Dec. Birthday shopping is done! The stores are clean and uncluttered.

Spent less than $32, savings of over $200 with Kohls cash & deep summer clearance for a trip to Las Vegas.

It's a good retail outlet - though prices are a bit on the high side especially for items not on sales. Fitting rooms are plenty and well kept.

West main location is really clean and organized.

Very well stocked department store. Clean and has a welcoming atmosphere. Items tend to be priced a bit high to discount down during frequent sales. Overall, good value.

Went on line to find cargo shorts and they said go to Koles and I'm so glad I did, got a better deal going to instore and I like being able to touch the product, staff was friendly and the check out line was less the two min.
