Bri at the Granville MI location at the rivertown mall was so helpful. She had great customer service and new her products. She made sure we were satisfied and took good care of us. I have never experienced customer service at that level. I can't leave out her General Manager, he greeted us during our purchasing transaction leaving us with confidence that we made the right shoe purchase for our son. He was very knowledgeable and made our buying experience well worth it... thanks to the both of you.

I went on a wild goose chase for my teenager😩 fortunately, Stuckey was there to assist me he went above and beyond to help me find the perfect shoe. I settled for some Kyrie's and they were only $60!!! So I spent some more $$ 😂 shout out to Ajane very knowledgeable she should be manager cause she handle EVERYTHING while the real manager was M.IA.. just saying 🤔

I love Rivertown staff. Ebony is super friendly and she is for no nonsense. She believes in fairness especially when it comes to the Jordan release date's. Store is very well organized from shoes on up to staff. Five star in my boom!!!
