Dr Ely and her staff provide excellent dental care. They pay attention to every detail and have picked up many subtle dental issues that my previous dentists have missed. This was my first visit to Novi Oaks Dental. I have nothing but good things to say from the time I walked through the door and was greeted by the very friendly office staff, until I left the office. Felicia was very thorough taking my x-rays and doing the cleaning. The new dentist (sorry I forgot your name) reviewed multiple X-rays of a problem area I have and made me feel comfortable about my care going forward. Lastly, I like the plan Dr. Ely has for people not having Dental insurance. Overall, I highly recommend this practice.

I was a new patient today, from the moment you walk in to this office, it feels comfortable from the layout and the lighting, and even the way you walk up to the front desk, I liked how I was greeted, a lot of dental offices just have somebody sitting behind the counter that barely even looks up anymore. I could hear the doctor in the back to the office, laughing with somebody, it made me smile. The team in the front area was working, but also talking and smiling at the same time, simply felt like good energy, and welcoming environment.

The only dentist I love to see. Everyone is so sweet and kind. Dr Ely makes you feel so relaxed and does the best work. Jessica and Sarah rock. Highly recommend if you are looking for a dentist.

Dr. Ely (previously Chaudhry) has been my dentist for over 20 years. She is an excellent dentist with amazing "chair-side" manner. I was once very fearful of the dentist, she changed that for me, back when she was a newer graduate. I have since followed her when she went out on her own and opened her own practice. I drive about an hour and 30 minutes one way to continue to be her patient, and will continue to do so. I can't recommend her more highly.
