Ryan Coonrod does an excellent job managing this store. His knowledge and passion for the product shines through in his work. A cell phone is necessary these days and with Ryan's guidance I feel I've found the best phone and plan for my needs

I ONLY trust this location within 50 miles. The manager is the most down to earth person who will look out for you like family; he trains his staff to do the same. They definitely know their stuff! They will look to save you money and keep you updated with the latest tech at the same time! Highly recommend seeing Ryan, Lukas, and Hunter. Each one of them will make sure you and your family are informed and leave without questions or remorse. Great job guys!!!

By far the best Verizon experience I've had. They are always so friendly and helpful. The manager has always explained everything to me so I was aware of what was gonna be on my next bill, or point me in the direction I needed to get issues figured out.

I visited the Whitehall Verizon and they were very helpful in fixing my problems. Lucas explained things so I understood everything. He also suggested some savings I can take advantage of.

I usually hate dealing with phone centers, but my experience here today with Lukas made the experience so much easier. He was knowledgeable and polite! Thank you, Verizon, for hiring people that actually know what they are doing and care about the customer.

Probably the best interaction with a phone purchase that I have ever had. Ryan helped me chose a new phone, find what plans work best for me, and has continued to earn my buisness. Each employee there went above and beyond to exceed our needs. They were all friendly, very knowledgeable, and great to work with. Probably the 1st time I have walked away from a phone purchasing feeling very confident, and like I got the best deal. Date of visit was Feb 5 2024. Highly reccomend. I had been on the fence about keeping Verizon or switching services, but after working with this team, I can say not only did they REALLY listen to my needs as a customer, they went out of there way to make sure i felt comfortable and confident satying a Verizon customer.

I had an incredible visit with Lucas Vandenberg this afternoon. He is amazingly articulate and knowledgeable about all things regarding my phone and solved the issues promptly. Lucas is the best!

This place is Awesome. The guy that helped my Mom was nothing but amazing. He explained everything to us that the “other” Version store lacked to tell her. As in how she was grossly misinformed and over charged for a service she was trying to get fixed. Whitehall Verizon told her the truth and treated her with respect

Just wanted to say that Ryan that works here deserves a raise. The entire day I basically spent at the Verizon store because the WiFi was being worked on (not his fault AT all) still worked great with me while having to deal with other customers that were honestly being Karen’s and I won’t lie I was a bit of one at the start but only because I didn’t understand something👀😅 but he was nice enough to really set everything out and explain it one by one so I understood it more. Much respect to him and AGAIN deserves a raise or some type of cudos for the things he had to deal with today. Thanks for all the help Ryan
