Was several years ago went to get a wisdom tooth removed, I've never felt so belittled in any medical type of environment like I was here, I have a very sensitive gag reflex and the bitter taste of the numbing that went to the back of my throat was making me gag and she was already pushy with me and very frustrated.
I had asked to sit up for a moment to rinse it out, and she said no, after ruffley 5 minutes she told me that I needed to leave, and thought this the door was open so others could her her ridicule me and how she was angry and upset with me.
Never would I ever recommend her to anyone, and years prior to make her life easier, she trench cut my teeth in a row to do a couple of fillings instead of individually performing the repairs.

My whole family transferred here from another dentist office. My husband went and had a good experience. My 12 year old son went and had a good experience. Time for my 4 year old to go for his first appointment. He hates the dentist. Has only gone a couple times and barely let's them look in his mouth. She calls us in and I stand up to go too and they told me it's their policy that no one else is allowed in the room with him. I said He's 4, he is not going back there by himself. She says Well that's our policy. I said No way, I will take him somewhere else, he is NOT going back there by himself. She has a little conference behind a closed door before the receptionist tells me their policy is no parents allowed in the room and I will have to take my 4 year old somewhere else.
That is the most absurd thing I've ever heard. How dare you tell me I can not accompany my 4 year old child anywhere, let alone into a room with ppl that I do not know. I am honestly astonished that anyone would ask that of a parent. The dentist search continues.

Staff was rude. Very uncomfortable. Hygienist was not friendly nor the dentist, forget his name, older gentleman, receptionist very pushy. It was not a relaxing experience. Given the trepidation I have for dental work I should feel comfortable. No smiles, no encouragement. I will be going elsewhere.
