Food is good and the owners are very friendly. They also own the small liquor shop next door that is a nice, more personal place to shop if you buy your own liquor.

great drinks, great food, above and beyond service- came here with some friends and once i got home (after close) i realized i lost a ring which was incredibly sentimental to me. i called and despite being closed the wonderful person working answered & did a look around, didn’t find it, however he called me back a few minutes later saying he found it after digging through the trash looking for it, and let me come back to grab it despite being closed. this means more to me than he’ll ever know and the drinks were so good too. even aside from this the service was amazing 20 million/10 recommend paying this place a visit! thank you so much again to the person who found it if you’re reading this just know you’re an angel 😭

The Wine Cafe is truly a must-go for anyone living in or visiting Mankato

I'm a musician here in town and I've had the pleasure of playing here on a few different occasions, and my experience has been top notch every time. The drinks are fantastic and the customer service is wonderful!

The Wine Cafe has been a favorite meeting place for me and my friends for years now. This unique, delightfully quirky local wine bar has an impressive array of wines to choose from--most of which are very affordable, so they suit any budget. Some light fare is on the menu to compliment your wine choice (we always get the cheese curds, but you do you), and beer and mixed drinks are also available for those who aren't fond of wine. The ambiance is informal and relaxing. They have wonderful servers, who are knowledgeable about the wine list, and can recommend a wine with ease. Just recently, they have expanded their patio to be several times its original size, creating a huge, open-air space, which has a great sidewalk cafe feel. There's room for live music out there, so I'm looking forward to more time on the patio at the Wine Cafe. But year-round, this is a go-to for gatherings!

This is definitely a Is hidden gem. Extremely nice, laid back, and friendly Atmosphere. And that feeling doubles down with the employees and how they interact with you. Extremely good variety of drinks and very unique foods to pick from. It is a must stop If you are traveling through Mankato. And if you live in the area, you'llkeep coming back.

Popped in 4 their delicious pizza. Ate it all except 1 piece...
Found a Lovely talented singer singing some of my favorite artists. She was/is awesome.
& I could & would love 2 take sum of those extra beets off of her hands zzz.

Love this place! It's a little cramped, but it definitely has a special quirkiness to it because of this. The live music is always great and the waiters/waitress are very helpful. Would suggest it to anyone who wants to go out for a couple drinks with their friends!

It's Minnesota's Largest Candy Store, what more do you need to know. Great tasting apple pies.

Had a great time at this cozy, friendly neighborhood wine Cafe.

Great service, cozy atmosphere, nice selection of beers, wines, and mixed drinks. Frequent live music, karaoke is also occasional. If you're looking for a nice evening out for a date or for the kids I highly recommend this place. There is out door seating as well.

Small and charming, a great place to have a beer and conversation, far enough away from the loud, annoying barmuda triangle. The regulars are super fun, and the bartenders are awesome. Sometimes they watch Game of Thrones or Walking Dead on the big TV in the back, and karaoke on Thursday nights is a blast!

Took some individuals from a group home here for a "drink". Staff was very helpful and attentive and made for a very pleasant outing. Gina and Dan were amazing and accommodating. When we got home I had multiple people tell me "That was fun." And "When are we going back?" Overall wonderfull experience 👍👍

Very nice Cafe. On a date with my wife, she enjoyed her wines and I enjoyed my whiskeys. Food was good, service (Gina) was amazing

Cozy, intimate atmosphere, yet not restrictive. A place to go and have actual conversations with your friends without needing to scream over the music, while still being able to get a little rowdy.

I really enjoy the atmosphere here. Dan the bartender is great and it's a great place to meet new people. Great drinks a great tap selection and wonderful wine! Stop on down!

Drinks are great, food is amazing, the bands are wonderful, and the staff is exceptional! One of the best places in Mankato to grab a drink with friends and listen to some great music.
