We are from California and searched for affordable slabs of Parota wood for our kitchen island for over a year. We finally decided to venture out of CA and found Brian at Logs to Lumber. We where nervous because we couldn't see the slabs or the process. But! Brian was AMAZING with keeping us in the loop with pictures, videos and emails of receipts. We felt so at ease. Never have we had such a great experience with a long distance process and purchase. Brian is exceptionally knowledgeable in his field and very trustworthy. It was a pleasure working with Brian. He wasn't trying to just make a sell, he wanted to make sure the wood I was purchasing from him was going to work in my project. I was first looking at the Patagonia Rosewood, but the figure in it would've clashed in my project. Plus the rosewood is too pretty to cut the way I needed. After looking at his other stock and finding the Wenge, he also cut it for me and packaged it perfectly.

Brian was AWESOME! I’ve never taken on a project this size but wanted something unique for our family.
