As a new rider, I was super cautious through the whole buying process (My son and I bought motorcycles before even getting our permits). I researched half a dozen shops around MN and was met with a lot of salesmen who wanted the sale, but didn't want to provide the service. There were egos aplenty! From the first time I met Billy, he was super humble and patient. He guided me through two additional visits before I made a decision. Not only did they have the best price in the state, they didn't add on unnecessary fees. Their attitude and go-the-extra-mile service to get us our bikes was what won me over, not just the price. Two months and 450 miles later, I walk back into a super busy shop, but the general manager saw me standing there and from start to finish, he took the time to fix the issue. My battery died on my KTM and despite KTM not covering the part, Starr gave me my bike back good as new at their cost! They've taught their employees well and provide true customer service. Definitely coming back when I upgrade.

Billy did a great job of setting me up with my new KLR 650 Adventure. Very helpful and friendly staff. A+ transaction. It was worth the hour and a half drive.

Great staff, great place! Happy with my KTM 250-EXC TPI. Went there to trade my road bike in and deal didn't go through initially (fault on my end). They still worked with me to make it happen. Will be back again!

Picked up a V Star from Ryan on Tuesday. Did pretty much the entire process over the phone. Highly recommend! Only suggestion, give me a stack of business cards to hand out because I'm going to need them!

This week I needed some new tires on short notice. Toni from Starr went above and beyond to help me find the tires I wanted and got them ordered/shipped very quickly. I really appreciated her taking the extra time to look into multiple suppliers. She even sent me pictures of tires so I could see exactly what they had. Excellent follow through.

If you are looking for the best dealer to get your motorcycle, Starr Cycle is by far the perfect place. I’m a first time rider/buyer, and they were absolutely patient with me and gave me good insight about everything. I have had some bad experiences at many other dealers trying to find my first bike. But when I stepped foot in Starr Cycle, everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and just out right outstanding! 10/10 would strongly recommend!

I bought a Buddy 170i a couple months ago. Duane was my sales guy. I was incredibly impressed with his knowledge and his willingness to work with me. I picked it up last week Saturday and I was in and out in no time. Even though their a 2 hour drive away from me, I would absolutely do business with Star Cycle again.

We went to just look at the CFmoto side by side they had in stock knowing we wanted to get one in a few weeks. Ryan was so incredibly helpful that we ended up putting a deposit down on not only the side by side but a 4wheeler as well. He was not pushy at all but because of all the work he did looking up accessory prices, the paperwork needed for the loan from our bank, and helping us figure out the extended warranty, we decided to give him our business. When we went back a few weeks later to pick them up, he helped us load and strap everything down. We are already sending others their way for their great selection of things in stock but also for the knowledgeable sales people!

Very pleased with the purchase of my cfmoto uforce from Starr Cycle. Billy was very helpful throughout the entire process. There are other cfmoto dealers closer to me, but I am glad I made the extra drive to Starr Cycle.

Highly recommend Starr Cycle! We went there this morning to look for a wheeler and we were instantly greeted at the door by Ryan who was so helpful every step of the way! He was very knowledgeable about the machines and they were not pushy at all! We also worked with Duane and he was very helpful with the in house financing. Extremely friendly staff and honest practices. Will definitely be going here for all future purchases.

I recently purchased a bike from Starr Cycle. I have to say they were excellent to work with. The ownership and management team were very fair with negations and trade in value. The service guys were very knowledgeable and did a walk through on the new bike answering all questions. They took a lot of time with me making sure I made the correct purchase for the type of riding I was looking to do. When I brought in my trade bike they gave me additional value off on my purchase. Did I say these guys are great! I worked directly with the manager on the deal and he could not have been more up front with everything about the trade and the new bike. I will definitely go back if I am in the market for a new bike! Highly Recommended!!

We traveled from Watertown SD to purchase a beautiful used 2019 Spyder. Ryan was our salesman and he was fantastic. From the first phone call to loading the machine he went above and beyond to take great care of us.Small town service with big city inventory. I HIGHLY recommend this business!

Did some shopping around before going with my Yamaha R3. These guys were by far the most helpful, I’m a new rider and had some questions. Ryan in sales kept me updated on my bike as I waited for mods. Parts and finance guys were chill. Easy, fun experience. Will probably be back in a month or so for a KTM Duke.

Great staff, great service. I have had them work on my Aprilia a couple times, and they do good work. They don't have a huge selection, but they are very knowledgeable about what they have. Their prices are reasonable, and the quality of work is good.
