It started with a toothache. His staff saw me on a video visit same day and prescribed me meds that worked so great I needed to leave this review. I've never once encountered a problem and I'll continue to use this doctor as long as I can. The speed at which your seen is unmatched. Very highly satisfied.

Great nurses and staff, they are thorough and compassionate. The waiting can get a little long but it’s worth the wait for someone who has bad anxiety about doctors.

This doctor's office is great to get yourself checked up get results of your health and get diagnosis on the ways of bettering your health

If you see Betty or Autumn your seen, treated and out of the office in about an hour sometimes hour and a half. Ruthavin has a lot of people he sees and his times get kinda pushed back and your there for a bit. I honestly love this office. Betty has been with me through my journey of being diagnosed with Ms, she makes sure she takes my blood often to check all my levels especially now that I’m on medicine that could highly effect my liver. She spends time with me and talks me though everything. I absolutely love her as my primary health doctor and I truly believe she has my best interest at heart. They don’t really treat me like a number, but a valued patent

I’ve been here 3 times now. First 2 were scheduled visits with the nurse Practitioner. She was extremely kind, compassionate, and made me feel extremely comfortable. The nurse was extremely kind and patient. Dealt with my anxiety and was very reassuring. Takes the time to listen to you. The 3rd visit was today. Wasn’t scheduled, was a walk in.They were very very busy, but the ladies at the front desk were very kind and even tho they were so busy made sure I could get seen. They did tell me it would be a wait, but I didn’t mind. They were busy, and I didn’t have an appointment. It was to be expected. The only time I saw the doctor was this visit. He was very kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable. The same nurse from last visit. She was extremely Empathetic and caring. I’m grateful he took the time out is his busy day to see me. His staff is beyond amazing. Hopefully I never have to see him again, but if I do have another issue, this office is where id go to first.

Doctor Ruthven was very quick to act in May of 2020 when I had a right breast mass that turned out to be Triple Negative Invasive Ductal Carcinoma. I'm so grateful for his compassion and faithfulness to my battle with breast cancer. I really needed someone to care and he always had my back and still does. His staff has been amazing and I feel so blessed to be alive.

Well every doctors office you wait so that's no reason to give a bad ratings. The staff cares about its patients and so does the doctor.

I try to get there half HR early, then I'm usually in and out under an Hr. Love the Dr, love most of the staff as well!

This is one Doctor with a Heart. He is Wonderful and soooo caring and the Staff is so Friendly and they get things done fast and Curtious.

What a great team and Doc. Ruthven is a sweetheart.
