Ross Brunfelt is one of the BEST of the BEST. It was a pure pleasure to work with him on selling our home in Forest Lake and purchasing land to build. To tell you the truth, I am very disappointed in the Brunfelts. I rented a home that was not move in ready. I asked if I could do rent-to-own and he said yes. So me and my husband put down $15,000 into that house before moving in. Low and behold The Brunfelts SOLD the property behind my back and I was forced out. I only blame one person and that is the one I made the deal with. I have had to go to other realtors because I can't trust these guys like I did before. I won't add photos or anything but next time, think first and then tell your customer the truth.
