I found Willow Boutique on TikTok looking for the perfect bachelorette party outfit! They DID NOT DISAPPOINT! Being a 5’ 2” girlie I didn’t think I could pull off bellbottom flares but the way their flares hug every curve the right way, it gave me a confidence back I haven’t had in a long time! They have some of the cutest styles I’ve seen and I’m on a journey to find my own western style and Willow has given me so many opportunities to dive into finding my own style!

Their customer service team is incredible too! I lost some weight this past year and ordered a smaller size than I normally do, unfortunately the pants were stil too small but even after wearing and washing them, they were happy to offer me a refund or a return exchange! Easiest process ever! They were so nice and so helpful! Absolutely love everything about this small business and I’ll stand by them forever! 💕

I absolutely LOVE Willow Boutique! The ladies that work there are so helpful and kind. They will help you pick out awesome outfits and they are honest about how you look and suggest other items. I feel so comfortable in the store and am so happy to have such an amazing womens clothing store in La Crosse. Thank you Willow for keeping us looking great!

Always very cute items. It is a boutique place so it is pricey. It isnt affordable for everyone, but it's definitely a spot for a treat or something different.

awesome style, local, fun vibe!

I am all for supporting local business, especially when there is a very limited amount of stores in the area that offer cute/trendy designer brands. However, the last few times I have visited this boutique recently, the customer service ends with a obligatory “hello” at the door. The young girl(s) at the register have been consumed by their phone, laptop, even chatting on FaceTime with their friends the last 3-4 times I have shopped here. They make no effort to assist customers with their shopping experience. They do not offer to start a fitting room when I am actively picking out multiple items to try on, and do not offer any additional help when I was trying items on in the fitting room. Even when checking out, they make little to no conversation. I have worked in retail in the past and my customer service experience at this shop is sub par. If the owner expects to make business off of the expensive designer brands in this small town, they better start hiring employees that make you want to support the business. I don’t usually write reviews online, but my experience the last several visits was too disappointing to not say anything.
