I have been a customer at Dales since 2003-04 and still 20 years later I still love going to downtown where Dales is in the heart of La Crosse. They have always been a five star store in my opinion and check off many attributes in customer service; friendliness, honesty, knowledgeable, patience, great attitudes and down right amazing people. Dales is very affordable and you can buy a variety of clothing for all occasions. Thank you for such an amazing store. Much love!

I've been shopping here since I was in high school and now I bring my high school and college aged kids here to shop. There's always something fun and unique and the service is by far the best! Dale and staff genuinely care about their customers. They even remember our styles and ask about family. They are always the first place we want to shop, when we are home. Thank you, Dales!! :)

This place is amazing but not as amazing as Dale himself. Good deals and a huge selection. Dale knows every piece of clothing in the place and exactly what will look good on you. You'll love it there!

Dales is literally my favorite shop on the planet! He is fabulous and can tell your exact size as soon as you walk in and starts pulling clothes that would look great on your body type to compliment your eyes/hair/skin. Amazing! We have been shopping there for years and it immediately puts you in the best mood just walking in the door. 💕

Absolutely love Dale's!!! Its my go to spot when looking for clothes locally. I still like shopping in person so I can try stuff on if I'm not sure and feel the fabrics in my hands. Dale and Ruthie make shopping downtown a truly enjoyable experience.

We are in La Crosse for a mother daughter weekend. Out first stop was Dales Clothing. This was a great experience. The personalized service was amazing. There is a lot of merchandise here and it could have been overwhelming but Dale pulled peices for my daughter to try on and we left with a big bag full of clothes. All priced at 50% off. Highly recommend.

Always have to stop when we’re back in the area! In my opinion this is the best clothing boutique in the LaCrosse region.

Bought my first thing ever Dales. I was looking for a coat on pacsun and it didn't have my size, I decided to look up the jacket itself. I found it at Dales. I wasn't sure to order or not because I have never heard of Dales (I'm from Utah so it's kinda far) But I decided to risk it. The jacket came in 3 days and it exactly what I expected. Our family tries to buy local. We found Dales a few years ago and have never been disappointed. If it’s Dale or a different associate we have also been treated great. I stopped by today needing shorts and knowing what I wanted. Dale gave me four options and I bought all four.

The amazing work that Dale has done on his Downtown National Historic District Property is stunning.It might be the very best restoration work ever done in our beloved downtown.Top that off with the fact that my wife's favorite t shirt on me "Old Style Beer" was bought at Dale's Clothing makes me a huge fan of their family operation that has been operating downtown for many years.Lastly,the work they have done that has motivatated other small business owners to improve upon their buildings will help to ensure our historic downtown will remain viable for future generations to enjoy.

Dales Clothing is a one of kind place. You will find some of the most unique and legit styles/pieces only at Dales. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. If you're ever in La Crosse, Dales Clothing is a must stop.

I've been going here for years and make a point to stop in the store on every visit to La Crosse. They carry incredibly cute and unique clothes that I've been unable to find in other larger markets like Milwaukee, Madison, or Milwaukee. Plus the owner is fantastic! He helps really pull together outfits and get you to explore other styles that might not just jump off a hangar but definitely declare themselves when tried on. It just takes someone to help! A service not easily found at the big box place. I highly advise checking out this independent if you're in town.
