Great service for my mom, boyfriend and me. Pretty efficient too. Love the bright wall decor. Delicious food. I was hesitant going at first
because of new owners. Would things change? They kept everything pretty much the same. We appreciated that.

When I lived closer, I ate there at least twice a week. If you want Fresh & Delicious food that is served by attentive, friendly folks, This IS The Place!!! Tacos Al Carbone are Amazing!!! The other menu items are wonderful, as well. The owner, Ruben, has, for many years, provided Thanksgiving meals, at no charge, for the area. He is a truly great human!!! Also, they have cold beer and tasty margaritas. You can't go wrong here!!!

Still a great place to eat, authentic food and atmosphere. I could actually order my drinks and food in Spanish and no beat was missed. The gals love the Sangria. I've even came a couple times to pick up "to go" boxes for when the elders in the family couldn't really get out of the house. I've came from Springfield and Miamisburg just to eat here. It's a tradition now. You will not leave hungry or disappointed.

The food is amazing and portions are huge. The service is always good and very polite. Atmosphere as well is amazing. If you like Mexican food you'll absolutely love this restaurant.

Food was excellent. Salsa is really good but if you don’t like a lot of onions you will not like it. Service was great for a large group. Restaurant and bathroom are older but very clean.

Oh my gosh!!! El Sombrero has re-opened and the food is as good as ever. El Sombrero is our favorite Mexican restaurant in all of Miami County, Miami Valley, the Dayton region, or really anywhere. We've eaten at a lot of Mexican restaurants but we always rank El Sombrero as #1. While we'll always miss Ruben, we take comfort in knowing he'd be happy to see the restaurant he created continuing on. We had dinner there on Saturday night and will be back again soon. Nothing compares to their Mexican pizza, fajita quesadillas, salsa, or beans. And, of course the service is amazing.

Really good Mexican food. The guacamole is excellent here! Best around. The food is all excellent. Keep in mind as far as the sides of beans, you can get: pinto beans, refried pinto beans, black beans or refried black beans. Also on Thanksgiving, the restaurant owner opens the restaurant to anyone who walks in for a free traditional Thanksgiving meal. That's an awesome way to give back to the community!

Good food, fair prices, decent service. This place has been around since I can remember, at least 40 years! Definitely a go to for a Mexican craving. Beef tacos are a fave and quesadilla.

Love their chips and salsa!!! They have the best rice I have ever had at a Mexican restaurant, and the beans are amazing as well!

Great food and equally great service!! Sat our party of 12 pretty quick and we really enjoyed lunch here.

Food was delicious price was a lil pricey but it was worth it because u can have leftovers for the next day.

The food is delicious! I loved it so much I had it twice in one week. At first it looks a bit pricey, but as you can see you get a ton of food and it is cooked to quality.

Always a delight to dine here. The absolute best salsa I have ever had and every dish I have tried has been outstanding.

My wife and I have been coming here for years and it is amazing! Great food, great atmosphere and great service. Reuben, the owner does his best to visit every table if he isn't swamped, in which case he will be running around assisting his staff. Definitely stop by and enjoy this place!
