Amazon 4-star

Amazon’s first brick and motar store: 5 stars.

This place is simply incredible, check the photo for yourselves. The layout is much like it’s competitors, but stroller friendly. From kids toys, to ring cameras, and of course their amazon exclusives. This store has every product displayed with reviews of real customers, but guess what! Also prime member pricing! The staff is excellent- the checkout technology is simply ahead of its time.

Congrats, Amazon- you did it again.

Neat collection of best sellers on Amazon. If you do not shop on Amazon regularly, then I guarantee that you will find something here that you want.

As a Prime member I was estatic to see items that I previously purchased on Amazon as well as items that I kind of wanted but didn't commit to getting. There are products in pretty much every category available here so it is fun to window shop as well.

I didn’t think I would spend that much time at the Amazon store but so many cool items and gadgets for everyone in the family. I’m glad prices were the same as the Amazon.com website. You do need to have a prime membership to get the discounted prime prices. We did find some good deals that we needed to purchasing. I am definitely looking forward to going again.

Potentially the perfect location for Amazon"s first 4 star distribution center. In the event that American dream fails Amazon will be well positioned to take the mall over. The mall is huge and close to major highways and NYC. Also the water park and Nickelodeon will be great perks for the staff.

I like the concept of the Amazon 4-star store where I can actually see the goods which got 4-star or above in Amazon. I can see those stuffs physically that itself is a good experience. Interesting store to stop by when you visit American Dream.

The amazing work force really makes your experience wonderful. The handscan machine installation for payment is super super cool!!!
The 4 star products under one roof,is just amazing.
Variety across categories..definately a yes yes for prime members.
You will definately come out of the store with a shopping bag.

March 2022. This location is closing. There was no detailed information on the signs at.the store, but you can see my photo showing their apology sign for closing.
The store had a variety of items that were hot sellers at Amazon that you could pick up in the store as a regular customer or as an Amazon member for a lower price.

It's a 4 star store after all with a bonus 20% off on all in-store purchases except gift cards (promotional offer). But obvious the stock was very limited compared to the online inventory. Still you wouldn't come out empty handed.

Very cool. Some items are discounted for Amazon Prime members.

I would give this place a 0/5 stars if I could. My husband and I went in this evening and we were so excited to check out all the cool finds!! We were the only ones in the store at the time and for 10-15 minutes we browsed… no one and I mean no one greeted us or asked if we needed any help. There were 4 employees in the store which were all on there phone and others were watching YouTube videos on the TV in the store. I don’t leave a bad review unless I absolutely feel it’s necessary to share my experience, and this is that case.

Amazon employees- you have to do better. Primer members as myself except good custumer service. In this case a greeting would have been ENOUGH.

There were cool items for sure but the lack of a friendly smile or hello pushed us out and I 100% rather shop on the app.

I hope management sees this and reevaluates there strategies when it comes to staff training.
