Ebisu Life Store

Excellent store for Asian snacks, drinks, home goods, and more! They do have some toys as well, but it's a little expensive for a plushie. Staff are friendly.

Awesome little shop! Tons of merchandise packed into the store. Lots of anime/video game character items! It also has health and beauty items. Tons of food and drinks as well. The statues at the doors are super detailed and really neat. Also has mystery bag dispensers which have cute little trinkets for cheaper.

Fun store with wide selection of toys and food from Japan!

They were great helped me build the cat lego thing I got there that I couldn’t build because my nails were too long!

My kids loves this Japanese store, there is always something to try, their snacks is reasonable price, we can’t wait to visit the bigger one soon

Kids enjoyed the machines… $5-6 to play.

My daughter loves the cute toys here. Lots of unique snacks and interesting household items as well.

Love the wide selection, as well as the English translations on the shelves.

Looking forward to trying one of the capsule toy machines, but they are rather pricey for what you get.

Excellent selection of figurines and other products. Their One Piece figurines were amazing.

Really disappointed. We went in to the store and there was a Pikachu stuffy that was labeled as $89.99. When o went up to purchase 2 of them, they rang up as $115 each. I told them they are false advertising and she didn’t care at all. We left with no pikachus and two really disappointed kids. Terrible customer service. Would NOT recommend.

11/24/23. I wish I could give separate ratings for the store and the overall experience. The store has a lot of different goodies to shop from from anime figures to plush dolls, keychains, drinks & food. I would give the a 5 star. The employees however get a -1 star. Besides the cashier with glasses, I felt like I was being followed at every aisle I went to. I go to one aisle there is a employee watching following me. The next aisle, another one. At one point there were 3 employees (guy with a ponytail, white short girl with glasses and big Hispanic) all in one aisle standing doing nothing and I’m just looking. I almost dropped my stuff that I wanted to purchase and left. I don’t even get that treatment at an Asian beauty supply store. If I ever visit the mall again I probably won’t go back to this location which is on the 3rd floor I will go to their sister store located on the second floor which is much better and bigger.

The workers follow you around the store and tbh they look silly acting as if they're fixing the shelves...There were 2 guys walking back and forth following me throughout the store and one girl working at the register. One of the guys was throwing around a ball or something.. All it did was make me feel very awkward and uncomfortable. I wanted to take my time to look around but with all the following, I just wanted to get out of there. If you're trying to get stuff to sell, that's one way not to do it :/

I was in the store today with my friend and wanted to purchase a cute retractable key ring but one of the employees made us feel extremely uncomfortable. Under 5’4 girl with brown hair (it was in a ponytail). She kept following us thru the whole store and I ended up putting the key ring back and I left. I would not recommend shopping here if you don’t like being watched like a hawk.

They sell lot of fake and overpriced stuff. And the store manager is very rude, have no respect to customer.
