Microsoft Store

Great experience there. The salespeople really listened and Immediately got me to a tech who handled all the steps to fix my problem, The store manager stopped three different times to check in on how I was doing.
An amazing performance in my book. I really appreciate their effort. Highly recommended for their personal touch and amazing patience.

These people are the best.... very good at getting to the root of the problem! I've been in several times for help on a new computer that wasn't even bought there. They have spent hours working with me without charging me anything. Always courteous, and determined to solve the issue.

Recently went into this store this past weekend. I received wonderful service while buying my new Surface Pro. The employees did everything they could to make sure I was satisfied with the product I was buying and made sure that I got the best deal that I could! I will defiantly be returning to this store for any additional Microsoft purchases that I may make in the future.

Unbelievable staff. They Always treat me the old fashion way...like my business matters. They fixed my computers for half of the price of the geek people. And feel as tho i can trust them with my computers for repair. Beyond helpful. Thanks again guys. Ill tell all my friends and family about you as well BRETT

i have an HP laptop that is about 3 years old. It has had an infected operating system for about 1 1/2 years. Thank you to Anthony for taking good care of my computer and getting it to work better than it has in a long time. I received multiple calls along the way explaining each step being taken based on the diagnosis and course of action required. Fantastic service from start to finish.

Yes it is just another Microsoft store, but the cool thing about this store are the employees. They are there to truly help you in any way that they can, they even offer you free drinks if they are feeling nice. Definitely recommend you to try it out, as employees are not harassing you unlike many other electronic stores.

I bought an Xbox One X. They offered me a protection plan and stated that within a year if I had any problems with it. I could exchange it for a new one for any reason. Well... I got the plan and here I am. The Xbox One X keeps shutting off on its own. The video keeps cutting out and it over heats no matter how much air it gets. I walk in I ask to cash in on my plan and they want a tech to look at it first. I have to wait and they won’t simply exchange it, for any reason. Figured I could just swing in before a snow Storm. Despite the confusion they still were able to help me and got to me earlier. I really appreciate it and I really like the staff.

Everytime I stop by the Rockingham Mall I stop at this store. I consider myself a pretty big tech guy and already know about all of the products. Associates are never pushy, instead they just geek out with me. I recommend this place for computer and other tech shopping for sure.

After a disastrous auto -upgrade to Windows 10 from 7, I tried for weeks to correct the issue but it just kept getting worse. I reluctantly went to the Microsoft Store to see if they could help. I was pleasantly surprised. They fixed my laptop to better than new.

i came by to check pricing and sales because i was planning to buy a laptop soon and wanted to make sure to have funds for it during the promotions. one of the guys there spent a bit of time teaching me some specs and giving me reccs on the product and usage. he was very knowledgable and really made this trip helpful

I have purchased many devices from various stores over the years and have never received the level of customer service that this Microsoft store provides. In the past year I have had to return my Surface Pro 3 twice for screen problem ( bumps and bruises) caused by me. Both times, I walked in sat down, showed them the problem and within 10 minutes I had a brand new replacement machine. Of course, I had purchased the warranty...but I didn't get one ounce of BS, just great service.

Keep it up Microsoft!

Very helpful staff. They went out of the way when my surface went dead after an update and even when it was out of warranty. Great people here...

After a major update my pc crashed, I called Tech Support at, Microsoft, very friendly and helpful, could not diagnose problem on telephone, they suggested bring g my pc to a Microsoft store which was very close to me, their very busy but did find the problem and made suggestions to get my pc working again, when I picked it up they started it in front of me and even made more adjustments, happy to say my pc actually runs better then ever !

Great experience shopping here. While not a fan of the latch on sale tactics the employees are very helpful when you have questions and generally seem to want to help you

I love them access to all the staff was very helpful and are always solid at holding up to manufacturers warranties right to the letter they don't try and take your money for nothing
