Sherry did an awesome job on alterations for my wedding! We would highly recommend this wonderful dry cleaner.

Dropped off a shirt last minute and needed it pressed ASAP. They were very busy and I had never been there before, but they happily did it for me right away. I will definitely be back.

Decent service and turn around time. However, the whole facility and my clothes smelled like smoke when I went to pick up.

Have been a 10 year plus customer of the original Esquire Cleaners. They’ve been sold to The Dry Cleaning Shoppe and the service has gone completely out the door. Over starched, missed deliveries, missed pickup, no call backs when you leave messages. I’ve left 3 unreturned messages. Closed the Reading Road location so you can’t go pick your clothes up when they miss their deliveries. Been a complete cluster since the DCShoppe took over. Taking my business elsewhere, you may want to do the same.

I don't like writing negative reviews because I don't like my experience to affect anyone's business but I am writing this review to let this business owners or managers know something they can improve, customer service. I live in Sharonville and I would like the businesses around here to prosper because it makes it a better place.

I called yesterday to ask if they had next day service. A woman answered my called and she confirmed they have the dry cleaning service and she quickly responded they were closed for the long weekend and hung up.

I called on a Friday which I consider part of the week, not weekend. If you are open, be respectful when you take the calls and do not hang on customers asking questions about your business. If you are not open, you can either not answer or state that you are closed at the beginning of the phone call to not give people the wrong impression.

The reading road location is closed. I drove 22 minutes for a fat pile of nothing.
