Mike was extremely helpful and patient. It took me awhile to find the right chairs for my tulip table. I wanted chairs that were comfortable and didn’t have arms so that I could tuck them under the table. Mike was very knowledgeable about the products he sold and helped me find the perfect chairs.
Everything arrived when he said it would. Delivery was seamless and easy. I highly recommend using this company. Their prices are far lower than their competitors. Great service combined with knowledgeable professionals makes this company a winner!

My white faux marble top tulip dining table finally arrived yesterday and it is absolutely stunning. Mike at customer service is the best he is courteous and calmly handled delivery issues and made sure I was comfortable with the process. I give mike and stealmod a five star recommendation . Don't look further for your furniture needs.

No confirmation after placing order. Received an email saying 3-4 week delay, no tracking number. Cannot get a hold of anyone to cancel order, mailbox is full. Emailed them, said they would get back to me never did. Tried to cancel my order never heard from anyone. This is a scam. Buyer beware

Ordered tulip table and chairs because I was told one week delivery now after one month still no table and chairs but they have our money phone number listed they never answer and emails just keep saying they will check on it still no delivery dates or answers. Just a heads up everyone they quote earlier delivery times just so u will order then not stand by the times

Ordered a table on 3/9, didn't show as out of stock but received an email within 24h to notify me that I won't receive the table until the first week of April and asked to confirm whether I want to proceed with the order given the circumstances. I decided that 1st week of April is worth the wait. On 4/27 I received the shipping notification with tracking info. They picked a super slow shipping company. It's 5/10 today and the estimated delivery date is 5/18-27. Almost 2 months after what they originally told me!!! And no one responds to my complaints.

We ordered a table on Oct 28th with a confirmed delivery before Thanksgiving. It’s now January 13th and we have no table. I would have been fine with waiting 3 months for this table but the professionalism and follow up from this company is totally unacceptable. I have had to call 15 times to get an update on status. They promise email and text updates with zero follow through. At minimum I expect communication for delayed shipments especially during the holiday season. I understand that COVID has turned the world sideways but we have lost out on Black Friday and Cyber Monday deals as a result and will now be paying full price for a new table and still waiting 3 months for it arrive. Pick a reputable company that is transparent with delivery windows. Don’t waste your time, energy or money on this shell company. It’s a complete scam. Buyer beware!!!

Never received my product after two weeks. Multiple phone calls with customer service promising my order will be shipped, even telling me my first purchase was out of stock, so had to pay more $ for a new product that was supposed to ship day of. Never came and when I called Customer Service again, they told me it would ship sometime, they couldn't tell me when.. Definitely a scam.

UPDATE: Customer service rep called me very upset about the review I left, making excuses as to why my table was never shipped or why I was never updated regarding my order. I got my refund by the end of the day.

At worst a scam, at best a poorly managed and unreliable company. I really wish that I had taken a look at the reviews before placing an order here. BEWARE: they never reply to any emails ever.
When I placed my order on the 21st it said that it would ship out in 24 hours (didn't happen) and that it would arrive between the 27th-29th. The arrival date came and went, I called customer service when I didn't receive any replies to my emails and never received any shipping updates. Customer service said that there was nothing they could do, it was a third party warehouse on the other side of the country and it was the holidays so it would likely not be picked up for a couple more days and then take at least another 5 days for the shipping time. I asked him if he could send any shipping updates by replying to my email. I sent another email not long after the phone call saying that after hearing about the delay I would like to cancel the order. No reply. I called the next morning and he said the order had already been picked up just this morning on the DAY BEFORE NYE even though yesterday he said things weren't being shipped because of the holidays! He gave me a different answer to all of the same questions I had asked yesterday, and when I called him out on it he said if I was going to talk like that and pick an argument then I could just return the couch went it arrived. I asked that an email recording my cancellation request be sent to me, he said he will do that. Half an hour later and still no email and I haven't even received any notification (text or email) that my order has in fact shipped.

UPDATE:
After leaving this review I finally received an email saying they would look into it and get back to me by the end of the day! It has since been many days with no follow-up email...

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I bought a two piece chair, and long story short, did not get one of my packages because one was damaged. Then it went out of stock. Customer service has been impossible to get ahold of until I disputed the charge with my bank. Ultimately my bank couldn’t do anything and still no resolutions and I’m out $1000 because I can’t get them in the phone or to return my emails. It’s a total scam doing everything they possibly can to pose as a legitimate business.

SCAM ALERT. They claim they have your product. Then you find out its on backorder. Claims two weeks before it ships. Customer Service wont be in touch and there is no way to check your status. Finally when you hear from them its available but still not shipped. If you ask for a refund, they refuse until they can "confirm the order is closed with the shipping company" Dont be fooled

Ordered a table on 3/30 that was shown on the website as in stock and ready to ship. On 4/9, after calling about a dozen times and emailing multiple times for status, I reached a live person. I was told the table actually isn't in stock. We then changed the order to a slightly different table that would ship 4/19. Now it's 4/23 and no shipment. Tried to call about a dozen times -- nobody picks up and the mail box is full. Sent several emails, no response. What a giant waste of time. I wouldn't buy from this company.

Buyer beware. This company sent a defective item and did not return my calls nor did they respond to emails. I had to contact my credit card company for a charge back. I suggest future buyers to purchase from a more reputable establishment. Additionally, there were several other items I wanted to purchase. However, since this was such an inconvenience, I'm had to look elsewhere.

Wish I could put 0 stars. I placed my order almost a month ago and it still hasn't been shipped, even though on the website it says that they ship within 24 hours. Their customer service is so awful, they didn't respond to my emails or phone calls. Honestly, it is the worst online shopping experience I've ever had. I have the feeling that this website is just a fraud.

If it were possible to give less than one star I would. Their customer service is the rudest customer service that I have ever encountered and orders do not ship within the promised 24 hours. This company is clearly poorly managed and makes promises they can’t keep. Do NOT order anything from here - you will waste hours trying to figure out where your order is and trying to get a refund only to be met with rude customer service staff who will call you names and behave in a self-righteous way.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM STEALMOD.
They never ship your order. Been waiting months for a table, and now to cancel my order I have been through three different phone numbers and have not reached anyone. Goes right to a full mailbox and hangs up.

100% SCAM. This site and World Modern Furniture are the same and are conducting retail arbitrage. They advertise other retailers products. Charge more,and keep the difference. Charge you through the roof shipping fees, then buy from the primary retail stores and provide your address as the shipping location. DO NOT BUY

Please Please Please save your money and do not purchase from this place. Ordered a piece of furniture over 2 weeks ago and still have not heard back, nor are they willing to give me a refund. Please save yourself the stress and order from ANYWHERE else.
