Mark, Miller Toyota and their service department are the most unethical unprofessional people that I have ever dealt with. They do not honor what their actual prices are and show their prices are they don’t care to update them either. They have no clue that they even existed online the service manager is unethical both managers that I spoke with are unethical with the service department the advisor that helped me I’m not extremely upset with him, but he still part of an unethical dealership but the problem is Mark Miller Toyota is unethical conniving cheating, and they bring the meaning to the word stealership
I wouldn’t even consider letting them work on my car. I told him give me my car back and I left after meeting with them because they tried to cheat me steal from me, rip me off and treat me unethically unprofessional. I’ll use example exactly what I came in for I came in to their dealership because online when I put in and make a request for a service
And I put in the year make and model of my vehicle on their service department website. It gave me a specific price for changing the spark plugs $197 and change they were not willing to honor that at first then finally they decided they would honor it but then they wanted to use aftermarket parts then they’re telling me that I won’t get any warranty from Their services that they’re doing and that’s just unethical unprofessional. I am posting this because I want everybody to know before you go in there for service how unethical they are. Apparently they don’t want to service anything other than Toyotas because they were telling me as my vehicle is a Lexus. The problem is their website allows me to specifically pick either Toyota scion or Lexus , because that’s what they’re brand cells so they don’t want to service anything other than Toyota so anyone going here with anything other than a Toyota be warned don’t let them convince you that they can work on other vehicles because apparently they don’t want to. You won’t get a warranty on anything but you’ll still be paying the regular prices. They’re also unethical on professional, they let you think they’re using OEM parts, but they go and use aftermarket parts and hide that from you, and they’re unprofessional at Mark Miller Toyota downtown Salt Lake City

Liars with a fraud director accuse customers of complaining to get their money back... I asked them to have a comprehensive examination of all exhaust parts and they took my money and they did not give me a real report on the exhaust parts.
