Panera Bread

I had an amazing experience at this Panera and I’m glad that I can come here regularly since I just moved to this area. The manager, Tara, helped me when I was ordering my food; she is SO nice and friendly and welcoming!! Allison and Yanahi also both helped me when something went wrong with my order (which was my fault), they were super nice and I so appreciated their kindness and attentiveness. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!! Also, this Panera is kept very clean and I like the layout too. The food was delicious and fresh. Definitely recommend.

I go here quite often. The staff is always friendly and food is ALWAYS good. I have never had any issues with my order and the staff goes above and beyond to be friendly and energetic. It's always a great experience at this panera! Great job management! 👏

This place has to be brand new! Beautiful design, spacious and comfortable, great location with plenty of parking. Super friendly service, great Panera food and coffee. This is one of my new favorite co-working spaces on the go.

Had a delicious chicken ceaser salad for lunch. Great friendly people work there.

They dealt with my way over complicated salad order with no issues so I will definitely go back. I’m so picky but this is a good location with great food and service! Definitely recommend.

Large very filling tyna sandwich, saved half for next day! Vanilla latte excellent 👌 have enjoyed apple fuji salad as well. Loved chocolate chip and blueberry scones! I freeze them!

Got to be one of my top Panera Cafes of all — and I am a business traveler, so I have been to many Panera Bread cafes.

I was there, again, today (6/29/23) … and yet again they made my sandwich perfect!! Wall, NJ and Brick, NJ are my two favs. But this shout’out is for Wall.

This cafe is ALWAYS clean. The staff is ALWAYS friendly.

We all have our preferences, but I see the reviews (on Yelp) of people complaining about sandwich sizes. Lol. Panera is NOT BURGER KING. It’s not a type of place where you stuff yourself into a food coma (sleepy). You don’t need no huge sandwich all the time.

…and yes, Panera is expensive. Mainly because it is A1 quality food!! Do ya really want 2 monster burgers for five bucks?? Then “Have it your way… YOU RULE”” lol. Panera is not that type of stuff. Panera is for grown folk. :)

Annnnyway, big shout to Panera in Wall, NJ. You guys rule. :)

Eduardo was very nice and helped me order when I was confused on something. We also talked for a moment and helped me to order faster in the future. Eduardo also saw one of the cookies in the back were broken and I ordered two so he just gave me a third for free. Eduardo is a good guy. Would get the panera again in the future. I came here with my sister to enjoy an evening treat. Rory took our order & took genuine interest in our trip together out here to NJ from MI. He made our experience really special

I was there early on2/17..had never been to a Panera before. Needed to bring something to someone who needed to eat before test.. guy there helped me get everything..and get out quickly. Very pleasant! Food was quick!

Rory the assistant manager was impeccable! He was so friendly and was the only one to welcome me into the store, it felt like I was home again

Placed an order last night at 7 PM for pickup at 10AM today. Walked in found my order in the rapid delivery space and left with my order. Less than 1 minute in the store. I loved it. Recommend.

I don’t usually post for chain restaurants or places in my local area, but these guys are so good. I had a super long day of work (first back since covid) and all I wanted was an abundance of Panera Mac. I ordered a large close to closing and they didn’t have enough to fulfill the whole order. I said a small would be fine and they actually just gave the small Mac to me complimentary. It was such a nice little touch of kindness after a long day of work and a mildly disappointing amount of the thing I was craving. Very kind of them. Appreciate it !!

Great customer service. I went to the drive through with a large order, and when I got home I realized they got my order wrong. I called the store manager who was so polite about it, and he gave us a full new order with extra bread and larger sizes! He was so jolly and apologetic. Great manager and customer service, I definitely will return!

Great service! Had a small hiccup with my order which was corrected immediately. Got a free cookie for my troubles. Food was very fresh and nicely prepared. Dining area was clean and had a nice bright atmosphere. Great place for a nice quiet lunch.

This is a beautiful new Panera. Very good food and friendly staff. You can place your order at the counter or use a computer kiosk. Unlike other Panera's that I have been to, there is a person who periodically comes around and clears dishes off of the table. There is also a nice sitting area.

People hate on Panera Bread bc they say they’re overpriced or it’s like cafeteria food. But I’ve always been impressed by their quality and taste. The way I see it, if you’re going to spend $10-$15 on a lunch or dinner at a fast food place than why not go here where it will typically be healthier and tastes good. They’re not the best but it’s fast food!

Ordered food from Uber eats. The guy dropped it off and it was not what I ordered. Called The driver and because he had another order, he couldn’t help me. I called Panera and David, the manager, was extremely helpful and has great customer service skills. Very satisfied after being a bit disappointed. Thanks David!

Excellent new bowls with grains and chicken!!! Get one, you'll be thrilled! Staff was extremely helpful and patient! The place is clean and bright and cozy with a fireplace! Very nice establishment!
