I had a great experience yesterday at the Apple Store in Rockaway. My work/personal laptop battery needed repair. Alex provided great service and hooked me up with the business team and we discussed the cost of repair vs purchasing a new one and what makes the most sense/saves the most money.
Then on the way out, my kids were given free kids t-shirts. Super nice and just good vibes all around. Especially for a Sunday morning. Love that we are so close to this store.

Very efficient, helped right away. Brendan explained everything and I wasn't rushed. Friendly people.

I had to go to the Genius Bar and Rob was an amazing help. He was patient and was able to brainstorm with me possible issues regarding my iPad and Apple pen. Couldn’t have asked for better service. Thanks again!

Needed issue fixed on Mac Book Pro. They were great. Made an appointment on line, greeted at entrance and Dave was right on time. Explained issue, he checked things out, made some modifications and all things fixed. Great job and highly worth it.

Staff here goes above and beyond. I live in NYC and got fed up with the poor customer service there. Not here, these guys will not only solve whatever problem you’re having, even if it is complex and partly due to customer service issues in the past, they will not only make you feel heard, but make sure the issue wont happen again, or let you know how THEY can help quicker and easier next time if it does. I was one straw away from selling my apple products and switching to Surface products, purely because I thought their customer service would be more reliable than what I’ve experienced lately at other Apple stores- Apple Rockaway changed my mind and made me feel confident I have tech support any time I need going forward. Worth the train ride there! This store should be an example to all others. Shoutout to John, Dave, and Dylan for being so patient and professional, I came in there pretty frustrated and they immediately made me feel heard and acknowledged in my frustrations. Idk if Apple has figured out how to clone people yet, but u guys r the best!! PROS!!

Finally went in to buy a new phone and one of the reasons Ive taken so long to upgrade is because I always feel nervous that I will get taken advantage of. This was not the case at all and Apples team was extremely helpful every step of the way. My purchase was done with Jenny who walked me through all the options I had and didn't pressure me at any point but gave me a thorough explanation of any questions I had. I was told to come back within 2 weeks if there was any issues since that was the window I had for returns. Unfortunately my phone experienced audio issues which I did return for. A check showed it may have been caused by my software needing an update but even after taking all the steps the team member who helped me make my diagnostic had told me to take. I thought initially after updating my phones setting that the issue was solved, made a few calls to ensure this and all sounded good but the third day after doing this all my calls couldn't be heard clearly. I went back 2 days after my return window closed and even though they were ready to turn me away because of this, the manager Tom was nice enough to help me out. I was relieved because I was not happy about my brand new phone not working properly and being told I was going to be responsible. However, at ever turn during this entire process each staff member was extremely professional and helpful. A few members who I can recall because of their help and care were Epiphany, Tom, Jenny, and Randolph. Apples lucky to have them!

Joey is amazing. He was so thoughtful, helpful and knowledgeable. I brought my phone in to get repaired yesterday and he took the time to explain everything to me, and frequently checked in with me while I was waiting. I was extremely stressed and upset about my phone and he was very reassuring and kept me calm. I didn’t anticipate encountering any further issues and decided to finish setting up my phone at home, but unfortunately I did have issues resetting my phone when I got home, so I came back again today and Chris, Chris and Shubari were so sweet and helpful. They assured me that all of the issues with my phone would be resolved and stayed with me the whole time to make sure my phone was good to go before I left the store. I am so relieved that the issues were resolved. I appreciate everyone’s help so much. You guys are lifesavers, thank you!!

We bought online Thanksgiving evening and were able to get an appointment the next day (Black Friday) to pick up. We waited 5 minutes, after they took our temperature, for our products to arrive. When we asked if we could look at covers, they promptly found a sales person to escort us into the store right to the covers. Was it the optimal shopping experience, no. But considering the status of Covid, I felt very safe. U would have liked to of browsed.

There was a line to shop in the store. 45 min waiting.

You can also make an appointment to shop but since we didn't do that, I don't have any feedback for that. I did observe that the waiting was minimal for it.

I was very impressed with how fast they provided service to me! I came to this Apple store with some issues with my iPhone and the employee Derek solved the issues immediately! He was very polite and patient with my questions! I will definitely come back with any future issues or questions especially with employees like Derek working there!

Went in to get my brother’s AirPods fixed, Epiphany was able to help in a quick and timely manner. She was able to replace the airpods and her guest etiquette was amazing! She even cleaned the case and answered all my concerns.

I made an appointment and I was attended quickly. They were very friendly and resolve my iPhone issue quickly. The wait time to fix my iPhone was quick. Which was great compare other Apple stores where they made me waits hours!! Even if it wasn't busy. Overall I had a great customer service and they answered all my questions.

Really clean store. I was immediately acknowledge and greeted at the door even though the gentleman was attending to another customer. The same can not be said of some Apple Stores I have been to. Also, it wasn't packed. Came in for an appointment at the Genius Bar for a "No SIM" issue on my iPhone 8 I had purchased in Germany only a week earlier. Nick assisted me. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. I had to wait a bit pass my appointed time but once my name was called I was taken care of. My phone was replaced at no cost to me and I received a new 1 year warranty.

Excellent Customer Service!
I don't write reviews that often but felt I had to post about the great customer service I received here. I ordered a product over the phone for work, and was able to pick it up right at the store just a short time later. When I approached the store there were a lot of people there, so I was a little worried that I would have to find someone to help me, but not so. Immediately upon entering the store a very nice employee greeted me with a smile and asked if I needed assistance. She just had to fill a few things into her phone and someone came out with the item. Took at most 5 minutes. Very happy with the customer service and plan to return when I upgrade my personal phone.
