Scandia Family Dental Clinic

The staff here are very friendly! I have been going to this dental clinic since I was a kid and they always make sure to make me feel welcomed by asking for updates since the last time I have seen them and remembering things I have told them in the past. I would recommend this dental clinic for both children and adults!

They've served my family for the last 5-6 years and have always provided a welcoming environment. The care they provide patients is above and beyond any dentist I've been to. I moved away recently and am sad I don't get to continue with them! Keep doing what you're doing.

They were so willing to help our 7 year old who had a broken filing and an infected tooth right before they closed. They stayed open late for us and knew we were having a hard year financially and worked with us to help with the bill. They really helped us out in a time of need and put the needs of our child first. Thank you so much, the Fahey's.

Great job once again

After scheduling and attending a routine consultation that staff stated was covered by my insurance I received a call regarding an outstanding balance. Staff stated they had made a mistake and that I was "out of network" and responsible for the bill. I received several phone calls where they offered to split the cost due to the misunderstanding and after explaining I shouldn't be responsible for their mistake they would hang up on me. I have received several phone calls after, all ending the same way. Poor customer service and extremely unprofessional.
