Great customer service at the concierge desk. I reserved a 1 King Bed and Sofa Bed, but I got a huge 2 bedroom suite with 2 bathrooms, 1 sofa bed w/fire place, and a kitchen for the same price. American Dream was only 5 minutes away. My kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. I was pleasantly surprised at how good their continental breakfast selection was. The kids loved it and want to come back. Highly recommend :) 5 stars.

I have been staying at this location for years. The hotel was recently remodeled. Rooms are very nice. The hotel staff is the best in the business. Sales staff has always done there best to help me out with last minute reservations. The hotel staff from management to the maids, everyone is super friendly. I'm a Titanium Elite so, I stay in a lot of Marriott hotels. This hotel is the only hotel I stay at when traveling in and out of NYC.

Stayed recently for grad week. Such a spacious, well-appointed room, strong wifi, excellent breakfast, very clean, very friendly, courteous, and helpful staff, many amenities, and at a great price! Plus an express bus outside the building straight to downtown NYC! Best location for a trip to NJ/NY!

We chose this hotel because it's 5 minutes from the MetLife stadium and American Dream. We have a single bedroom room for 3 people. The rooms are well appointed but very small. If the hideaway bed is open, it touches the dining table. And the bedroom is so small there is only a foot clearance between the bed and dresser.
Staff is very friendly.

The staff was great. Attentive and helpful.

The rooms are beautifully designed for sleeping and working remotely.

The morning complimentary breakfast was fantastic. Eggs, sausage, turkey patties, and these yummy egg muffins. Salsa and hot sauce is availalbe. There is also fruit, oatmeal, and fixings for the top of the oatmeal.

The location is great to easily get to Manhattan.

After several stays here in 2023, I can safely say this has become my go-to hotel when visiting the NYC area. Coming from the south (Maryland/DC area), the location is perfect to park the car hassle-free and cost-free without driving through the heart of NYC but still being close enough to catch fast, frequent buses to the city (NJ Transit 163/164) right in front of the hotel. It's also super close to American Dream, Harmon Meadow, Jersey City, and other areas with tons to see, eat, and do.

I have enjoyed the layout of every room I've stayed in at this hotel and especially love the availability of 1- and 2-bedroom suites at a comparable price point to other hotels that only offer studios/standard rooms.

The breakfast is usually pretty well stocked right up until the end of service, and the choices are pretty standard but nothing extraordinary. I do wish they had oatmeal actually pre-made instead of just putting the packets out (it never quite cooks as well just by adding hot water to the packets). Nonetheless, it's a pretty decent free breakfast and there's usually no problem getting a table even when it's busy, so those are definite plus points.

Lastly, I have to give a huge shout out to Alexis at the front desk - she was there both of the last couple times I've checked in here, and she went out of her way to meet our extraordinary demands at every step of the way. She's another huge reason this has become my go-to hotel near NYC.

Two seconds from the American dream and Met Life Stadium. Right on the highway to the Lincoln Tunnel in New York City. It was nice and clean. I would stay there again.

Really well refurbished place that is run by a great team. Conveniently located close to the NJ transit bus stop. Hearty breakfast included.

We really enjoyed our 2 bedroom suite, very spacious for our kids, breakfast was descent, and the hotel is only 5 minutes from Nickelodeon Universe 💜

It was a nice stay for a week time, the staff was very cooperative and helpful (Thanks to Jarret R) , I received packages with mail two times, and hotel team helped me to return one item and refund the paid money (Thanks to Alexis v)

I had a fantastic stay at the Residence Inn by Marriott East Rutherford Meadowlands. The hotel staff was welcoming, the rooms were modern and spacious, and the convenient location made it easy to explore nearby attractions like the American Dream. The complimentary breakfast, well-equipped fitness center, and indoor pool added to the overall great experience. The exceptional service provided by the staff was a standout. Highly recommended!

We hav stayed here a handful of times over the last four years or so. Most recently we utilized this location to host the guest for our daughters wedding 20 plus rooms and not a single issue! The location has under gone major renovations since our last stay but even prior to this stay we came back because service is always great, the kitchens make travel so much easier and never had an issue with cleanliness, noise or safety! We will be back

Stayed at the hotel for one day. I will say that this is a really good hotel. Room is clean, staff is friendly, security is also good. Upon check-in, they provided a room one level higher at the same cost, I do not exclude that this is especially for guests who are with them for the first time (but it's still nice). Restaurant prices are slightly above average. Outcome. Price and quality are great 👍

Room was really quiet and clean. Full size fridge and freezer. Can’t ask for anything else after a concert. Elevators and hallway a bit old.

The staff at this hotel was phenomenal. Although we ran into a few issues during our stay (water was off for 30 minutes, for example), the can-do positive attitude of the staff made all the difference.

The breakfast was well stocked. The breakfast staff was also very friendly.

The pool was fine, though the jets didn't seem to be working in the hot tub.

Big suites for a very reasonable price, spacious parking, always friendly, helpful and courteous staff. The fact that the room has amenities like large fridge, big powerful microwave, dishwasher(!), coffee heater, cups, plates, utensils, swivel TV and more is a huge plus. When I return to the U.S., I always stay here. Very quiet area with close proximity to Met Life Stadium, Teterboro Airport and the highway in to NYC and all areas of New Jersey. There's also a Costco, Lowe's, Starbucks and other top stores, restaurants, etc nearby. Love the place!

I’ve been staying at this hotel (Residence Inn by Marriott East Rutherford Meadowlands ) since mid November (almost 4 months) and I felt like home. Personnel are amazing, friendly, very helpful and understanding. The room is well equipped so you can cook and make your own food. Also it is very clean and spacious with very comfortable bed.
The location of this property is great too, close to shopping Center and grocery store, easy access to main ways and yet quite with always available parking spot.
I’ve had an amazing experience and absolutely will come back and recommend it.

Clean, nice rooms, very close to Metlife Stadium. Breakfast was mediocre at best.
