Happy's Pizza

Would love to show recognition to a particular employee “Dennis” is normally our driver and has made our food. Dennis is always very happy and upbeat energy he is always on time very nice and polite and goes above and beyond to make sure my family enjoys a good meal. I just wanted to give a s/o to someone that takes pride in their work because it’s well deserved! Dennis you are Amazing thanks for ALWAYS giving the best service EVERY trip! We appreciate you sir. <3

Top notch ! Pizza is excellent, wings and ribs were great too . And the shrimp was out of this world! Will definitely be back . There was only one guy answering the phones and cooking both yet he nailed our order perfect even as busy as he was and it was on the large side for an order . Very pleasantly surprised. Will be buying here much more often .

I love the fries with bbq sauce. I went in today and the lady was so nice 😊

I got the best pizza ever from Happy’s last Friday!!! Thin crust, banana peppers, red onion and green peppers!! Absolutely, perfectly crunchy and melty and perfect! I picked up my order and the 3 people there were kind and prompt and I am ordering this pizza again tomorrow lol Best pizza ever!!!! The peppers were fresh and it was just wonderful!!!

We have ordered here several times, food has always been great, but today we received exceptional customer service. They forgot to include one item in our deliver order and we were just going to let it go, it was a small side. They called us 10 minutes later to say they forgot to include the item and were going to bring it out to us. Very thankful for the great customer service!

It was a amazing service. The lady behind the counter was funny and made my day. The food was good as well as the BBQ ribs

We ordered wings and our favorite deep dish chicken bacon ranch with extra ranch tonight. I give props to the cook! It’s the best pizza we have had in a while from Happys! Its been a long time because whoever put the pizza together did just that , put it together! But it was awesome tonight!!! I noticed new people in there, maybe that’s what’s different!

Best experience I've had in a long time! We normally order 5 pounds of wings from another Happy's pizza. We're always disappointed with the food and service. So we decided to try Happy's on 25th. We're truly satisfied!! And more! The service was excellent, friendly and helpful! The wings were hot and fresh! Every detail was taken care of, plenty of sauce and napkins! We will definitely be back when we need our chicken wing fix!! Thank you guys for a awesome job, done right!!

This was the best pizza, my partner and I have ever had. I had the gluten free base and she had the normal base and both were amazing. Crispy and thin- not soggy and under cooked like it usually is. Seriously go here- you won’t be disappointed.

We went to this Happy's Pizza on W. 25th because it was relatively close to downtown Cleveland -- which was our ultimate destination. Also, I have always had great, friendly service at this location. We ate inside and everything was hot and fresh. They were extremely nice and accommodating. No complaints.

Food is always great. Lady at counter was wonderful. She helped us figure out exactly what our family needed. All employees were professional and courteous. And the restaurant was spotlessly clean. Thats always a plus.

Had some negative experiences in the past with happys mostly at the turney location (poor-mediocre service and unepexpected excessive waits with cold food) But went to this one on new year's eve only because many other places weren't answering the phones. The service, especially for being in this area, was pretty impressive honestly. Everyone was friendly enthusiastic and empathetic. There were Greetings, goodbyes, thank you's and the open communication was good. They were checking in and setting expectations while people were waiting for their food. All the workers smiled and wished everyone a happy new year as they left with their order. It was kinda busy but there was a good flow behind the counter and everything was calm. Its been a long time since I seen that level of customer service at a place like happys and really I can't remember the last time I was that impressed with service anywhere in the last few months. Happys won be back as a customer.

So good... let me tell ya. Hot and gooey medium pizza with ham, bacon and pineapple.... so cheesy... that cheese pull was crazy! And the wings... nothing better then their wings! Thanks guys for a wonderful late night dinner. X keep up the great work.

The workers here are the best. They're underpaid, understaffed, and overworked, but the pizza and wings here are real. 👌🍕🔥

Ordered online, pizza came about 15 or 20 minutes earlier than estimated. I meant to get regular crust but ended up accidentally ordering 1 regular and 1 thin. Still good though.

Love this place. I've had their pizza, chicken sandwiches, and chilli fries. All have been the absolute best. They make their pizza dough homemade (I watched in the back) and the sauces are soo good. Thanks Happy's!
