It's always a place you love to go though it's got new exciting things and doesn't cost a lot I just love going and it's close to me where I live

Needed some box springs at the last second, spoke to Mike and he stated they had some in stock, told him we were on our way. He had them ready for us when we walked in the door less than 10 minutes later. Super awesome customer service!

Always something that I need or want! Customer service is great. I know, I've worked retail.

Big lots is amazing, got a king mattress set for a great deal they deliver and take old bed, housewares, sheets and rugs, pet & cleaning supplies, makeup, snacks, this place is great!

I love Big Lots! You never know what you'll find, but generally, if they have something you need, it will be cheaper here than anywhere else. Friendly and helpful employees, and I always enjoy it when I'm in Utah and can shop here!

I always find something great here! Christmas deco was anywhere from 25 to 50 percent off. The narwhal was a Total steal at $10!!

I found the comforter for my guest room I’ve been searched online and at other brick and mortar stores, and that’s not even why I went there. I just happened to notice them while I was walking by, what a fantastic night!!

Always enjoy killing time in here and leaving with tons of stuff. They always have something on sale and some cute stuff

Every location has different items, household items, kitchen, bathroom, outdoor.

But just remember to bring you own bags or you'll have to by some of their reusable bags. Because they don't have plastic bags for your check out anymore

Great service and prices.

Haven't been in a long time live afar and don't always get the chance to go, just was looking around for furniture but the draw back is you have to transport the furniture have a van or truck. But all In all nice to look around.

I love Big Lots and always recommend it to people. This one in particular gets high praise simply because the staff here always goes out of their way to help and go the extra mile. They saw me looking for a chair and helped me find the perfect one for my situation. When it was out of stock, they offered to call several other stores in the surrounding area to help me find one. Genuinely kind and helpful folks who don't get enough credit. They have great finds for great prices whenever I go there, and it's my kids fav place for toys and pool stuff. It's also the best at Halloween and Easter.

Always find great things in the store. It helps design your own place on budget with some items you find good deal. I find some products are cheaper at big lots then other stores including Walmart. I love there air fresheners and great price for cat toys, treats and toys for my fur baby. Don't like how rewards set up. Don't shop there enough to take advantage of the rewards they offer.

So nice to see various new products coming out when I shop. Found single servings food for elderly mom whose taste buds are having difficulty with good tasting vs bland foods.

I called & Talked to Mike about a couch & bed to make sure they had it in stock. He said yes. I made the trip from Layton to pick them up. We had a little complication with my account. He was so patient & respectful with the time it took to get it figured out from my end. Want to say Thank you to Mike for his help with the purchase & loading.

I went to big lots a few weeks ago for some patio furniture, since they always have the best deals on that type of thing. The table I originally wanted was out of stock, but I went ahead and bought my 2nd choice, which was slightly larger but still seemed like it would work. I felt guilty asking them to check the back room for tables, since there was only one cashier working and a line had started to build behind me, but the cashier kindly asked if he could ring up the people behind me while they pulled out my table, which made everyone happy.

The reason this place really gets 5 stars though is the way they helped me out after my purchase. A stock room associate rolled the table out to the curb so I could bring my car around, but we quickly realized there was NO way the box would fit in my car. Rather then just tell me “tough luck,” the associate grabbed another employee to assist. They worked together to open up the box and remove the individual pieces of the table to load them into my car, and they miraculously got everything to fit! The staff could have easily been annoyed, but instead they enthusiastically went the extra mile to make sure I could take home my new table. I was able to have family and friends over to celebrate my graduation that night, and having my new patio setup really made the night.
