Sammy's Place Restaurant & Bar

I had the Greek Chicken soup and it was amazing. The gyro was also excellent. The sauce had great flavor and was nice & thick. The service was also top-notch - fast, friendly with helpful suggestions.

Love this place. Great home style meals. Great people! You can still hold a conversation with your dinner mates without having to yell. They have a bar, outdoor seating, regular dining room and an excellent brunch for certain holidays. Family friendly. Menu has a little something for everyone. However for me the BEST part is they're very clean.

I had the 12 oz tenderloin and it was very delicious. It was my first visit in and won't be my last.

Sammy's Place is outstanding!!! Owners are on site at all times, and very friendly to their patrons. Service is well trained and if something is wrong they are quick to fix any issues without hesitation. Full menu of different varieties from Greek to American, gyros to fish....both amazing...GREAT FAMILY ENVIRONMENT and with full bar...Amazing dining experience

I had their Blue Gill which was definitely delicious. Service was often enough to serve, not too often to bother. I was more than satisfied with my experience here. Wait time was typical for a bar and grill, perhaps a little less considering it was friday fish fry and we (2 of us) were seated, had orders taken, and food served fresh and delicious inside of 20 minutes. Will definitely be eating here again.

Also, for a bar and grill, noise wasnt really a problem. An added bonus of sorts.

This is by far my favorite restaurant of all times.
The service is always fantastic and the food is amazing and always cooked perfect.

New York steak and 3 jumbo shrimp and I mean JUMBO. The steak was cooked perfectly and juicy and tender along with the shrimp. The salad and soup are amazing.

This place is amazing. They people were great and very friendly. The food was great and would love to try more of the menu. I just cannot say enuff about this place definitely a place you need to stop and eat at.

The best of the best! Always my goto when I travel north 😉 Friendly staff, delicious food loaded with flavor! The cooks are truly talented. The waitresses never fail to provide 5☆ service, the owners are the sweetest, honestly the upmost excellence of service. When in the Ft. Atkinson area I highly recommend stopping in whether your a first timer or a repeat customer, they never disappoint. Looking forward to my next visit. ♡

Had the new York strip steak, it was really good. I also love that they actually have an all you can eat salad bar which had a good variety to chose from. Took a slice if cake home which was delicious too. Would definitely recommend for dinner!

Good service, ribeye steak was done just right and was very flavorful, large baked potato with butter and sour cream was very good.

The chicken marcela was wonderful!! my hubby had the ribs said they were excellent our daughter had the chicken parmigiana she gives 2 thumbs up! Loved it here will definitely be back!!!

We made reservations, but it wasn't busy. My wife an I ordered the Greek combo platter and it was great! Staff very friendly. Looking forward to trying the Sunday brunch.

As usual, very good food. The cod was great, lightly coated golden brown. Never seen it is busy. Had to wait for a table over 15 minutes. Usually a 5 minute wait.

Amazing! Never a bad trip. Gyros are the gold standard, but everything is delicious.
A must stop for all that live in the area.

Best restaurant in the mid-west that I've ever been too!! The food and of course the service is the best around! If your anywhere near Sammy's Place, just stop by and they'll take good care of you.
