Affordable Roofing

Affordable Roofing did a great job on my roof. It needed to be done sooner than later. They were on time and got the job done within a few hours. They cleaned up like it never happened. Great price too! I am very thankful for Mitch and his team.

Affordable Roofing was very good. They coordinated with our Solar Panel company so that the removal of the panels and the roofing and gutter work was streamlined perfectly with the reinstall of the solar system. The crew was very efficient and coordinated a great install of our new roof. It was done in the time estimated. Mitch the owner is very accessible and likable. I would definitely recommend this company. Plus they cleaned up the job site so that you would never know they were there. 5 Star for sure!

This crew works SO quickly and accurately. Mitch showed up several times before and after the roof installation to ask questions and give advice. Very kind and caring man! His team worked like magic by the time I got home from work our roof looked brand new! Would give more stars if I could!!!

In our quest to replace our roof, soffits, fascia skylights and gutters we obtained eight estimates from various roofing contractors. While the different estimates varied widely in multiple aspects Affordable Roofing was the clear choice for our project. From the estimate stage Mitch was easily reachable, returning our calls or texts promptly. He answered our multitude of questions and made very clear each aspect of the job. He and his entire team was completely professional and yet very courteous and easy to work with. They arrived promptly when they said they would. Did an outstanding job and even the cleanup exceeded my expectations. They weren’t the lowest estimate but for everything we received they gave us tremendous value for our money. There was never any hard sell or “sign today for a discount” coersion nonsense This is also a well established company that if there should be any issues, which I doubt, they’ll be there to deal with them. Perhaps my number one reason why we chose Mitch and affordable roofing is that Mitch is on EVERY JOB overseeing the crucial aspects of the job. No other company we received estimates from could say that. Everyone has “crews” for this and that but the owner never sees any of it. We wouldn’t hesitate to hire Mitch and affordable roofing again and we believe you’ll be another satisfied customer if you go with them.

I have been in business for 42 years and I must tell you that I know the ingredients to success. Honesty and being very knowledgeable in your trade. Affordable roofing lead by the owner, Mitch brings this to the table. Mitch is amazing to work with. I believe he is the best roofer out there .Do yourself a favor and do not look any further than this company you will be saving yourself aggravation take it from me. I have been around a long time.

Everything about Affordable Roofing was first rate. Very customer oriented, willing to alter their tight schedule to meet our needs. Installation crew were courteous, very hard workers, always on the move. Tarps and protection laid down all around the house. Magnetically swept the yard for nails and left our place as though it had never been disturbed.
Would recommend them to anyone!

I used Affordable Roofing service for a repair about a year and a half ago after reading favorable reviews. Mitch and his team were prompt, pleasant and extremely professional. I recently called Mitch again for a smaller repair in a different area and was pleasantly surprised when he said "it was on the house". Knowing that a total roof replacement is not far down the road for me, we discussed the process and possible financing. Trusting and appreciating Mitch's professional advice, experience and workmanship, I will definitely be calling Affordable Roofing again when that times does come.

Mitch is a great guy! We got a few quotes and met with a few people but we felt so comfortable and confident with Mitch at Affordable Roofing. We have a leak so he was able to move us to top priority and is installing our new roof tomorrow! I will report back with a final review and pictures but I have no doubt everything will be great!

We needed our roof and skylights replaced so we reached out to a few companies and Shawn came out to give us a quote and we went with Affordable Roofing right away and they did a great job. Both him and Mitch kept constant communication throughout the entire process and made it easy. They are very professional, respectful, and extremely helpful and I highly recommend them to anyone else!

So glad I went with Affordable Roofing, they did an amazing job. I had gotten a few quotes and the owner Mitch was so knowledgeable. He gave me the best price and didn’t try to sell me anything extra. His crew was efficient in getting the job done. Could not be happier with the quality of the roof. Called my favorite roofing company to come out and fix some trim and gutters. Just like my first experience with Mitch and his team, they were FANTASTIC to work with: responsive, professional thorough, friendly. Great price again, and the highest quality of work. And they thoroughly clean up the job site when finished. Once again a pleasure to work with.

The house I just bought had a leaking skylight the inspector missed! Thankfully I found Mitch (via Google reviews) from Affordable Roofing. He came out right away, gave me a great price to remove/repair all the leak damage/reshingle so I don't have any more worries when it rains, and fit me into the schedule asap! He is nice, professional, punctual, does quality work, cleans everything up after he's done, he's a pleasure to work with. His prices are great; I had no hesitation when I received the quote in going forward with the work. It's a family owned business which I love to support. I HIGHLY recommend him for any roofing work you need done. Really happy I found his business.

Mitch from Adorable was personable, professional and made us feel comfortable and never doubt our decision. Their 50 year warranty & quality materials were better priced than most other 30 year options we looked into, not to mention it was complete in one day. Other than the odd nail or teeny scrap of roof paper their clean up was exceptional as well.
Thank you guys & we'd DEFINITELY recommend them to anyone in need of a roof or repair.

From the moment I spoke to Mitch I knew immediately that he was a professional and a stand-up guy. He was responsive and took the time to assess our roof situation and determine the best way to repair it. He did a terrific job in a timely manner, for a good value. We enjoyed meeting him as well and trust that the next time he does work for us, he will give us the same quality work. Ten thumbs up!!!!

Mitch is extremely personable. He gave me an estimate in a timely fashion and got my roof installation scheduled immediately. He was true to his quote. There were no hidden or extra add on fees. As promised, the installation was complete in a day. He personally did the work on a specific area as he stated he would. Mitch inspected the completed job himself to unsure all was accurate. His price was slightly higher then his competitor's, however his experience, knowledge, mannerism, and hands on was worth it!

Replacing a roof is never fun but Mitch and Affordable Roofing made it easy. They were very upfront with all the costs and details, and took great care of our house. Would recommend to anyone!

From my first contact with Mitch I knew this was the roofer I wanted to use as long as his price was fair. I had already received two other quotes. Mitch explained everything that he would be doing, quoted me a fair price and did everything he said he would do and more. Do yourself a favor and use Affordable Roofing.

If I could give them 10 stars I would. They are AMAZING. First off Mitch is the best person I've met in EHT thus far. Great guy, great team. My roof was slated to be a two day job and they finished everything in ONE DAY. Crew was at the house bright and early and worked nonstop. They were very professional and the clean up was great! I was expecting to see some roofing material or nails left behind.. but NOPE, not with this crew! So pleased with their servicie. I HIGHLY recommend this company.

Mitch and his crew are top notch! My soffits, gutters and in turn my attic. were totally open to squirrels, birds and other wildlife! My flat roof was in need of partial replacement, Mitch had some really creative ideas to eliminate soffits that were in an area that was just cosmetic and served no purpose.
( no ventilation to attic in front of house, therefore no need for soffits!)and he had his Carpenter ( yes he has a carpenter he can call in for his “thinking outside the box” creative solutions) come up with a solution that was both aesthetically pleasing and secure from the wildlife! His pricing was more than fair, and I was even reimbursed for materials that were not ultimately necessary to complete the job! He also went through all of the soffited areas that the squirrels were using as a highway circumventing my house, and put barriers up to keep that from reoccurring in future if the tenacious little beasts should find their way in somehow, but he buttoned up things pretty tight, so I feel pretty secure about squirrel, bird, and other incursions in future, but will keep vigilant and call Mitch if needed,but I don’t anticipate any issues going forward! Great Job done creatively quickly and professionally!
