Excellent selection and very good prices. In addition very knowledgeable proprietors and staff, who are very nice and helpful. Staff are happy to carry loads to your car. if parking on street is difficult the Stop + Shop lot just across Broadway always can accommodate. There is a traffic light and crosswalk.

Have been filling my cellar at Rocheambeau for over 30 years. Deiter , Derek and Jeff are the nicest and most knowledgeable wine guys I have ever come across after so many years of pulling corks.I never hesitate to take advantage of any of their suggestions , they are wine professionals. Tell them the varietal and your price range and they will point you to the best bottle in this overstocked shop.
From the outside of this local Dobbs Ferry treasure , it may look like your average local sleepy town liquor store . But once inside you quickly realize that this is a very serious specialty wine shop with a huge and carefully curated selection .

I called to order wine for a family members birthday and Jeff picked up the phone. He was very helpful and while he was the only person in the store at the time made time to take care of me. I described what I was looking for to him and he found the perfect bottle of wine. Needless to say this place has top notch service and delivers free locally!

Absolutely one of the best wine shops in the neighborhood, there is a big range of wine and spirit here for everybody’s taste and budget, from small American vineyards to French ‘Grand vins’. The vendors are very knowledgeable in what they are doing. We are always delighted to go there and to discover some new domains recommended by them for small and big occasions and have never been disappointed so far.

This is the best bourbon store I've found in NY -- period. I'm from bourbon Mecca (Louisville), my wife works in the business, and I've been collecting since I was a kid (early 20s, I'm 40ish). These dudes know what they are talking about. On my most recent visit I pulled 3 bottles I never could have found in Kentucky (gone before they hit shelves). God bless the 'beau.

Rochambeau is one of the top wine and spirits stores in Westchester County. Their advice in both categories is excellent. Notably, Rochambeau does not push expensive wines. Jeff Wooddy is deeply knowledgeable about all wines - and has a good story to share about many of them - but is particularly helpful to customers looking for great values.

Awesome place with a huge selection. Just wish prices were a little cheaper. Not crazy expensive but you could find some bottles cheaper. Then again its New York. Really nice guy at the front

The people of Rochambeau have made their biz into a rock solid fixture of the rivertowns in the hudson valley. Huge selection, great attention to detail and extraordinary service set them apart from all others in the same market. Feel a little lazy? Keep your pajamas on on a cold snowy day and ask for delivery. I just did. Now if they only sold popcorn my day would be set!!! Love these guys!!

I called Jeff W. at Rochambeau Wines & Liquors this morning in a virtual panic.
I needed a fine bottle of wine delivered to a client up in Dobbs Ferry, and I needed delivered instantly.

Jeff sprang into action. He selected a very nice Cakebread Red Wine, and because his delivery person was out on another delivery, commissioned the Pizza Delivery Guy next door to deliver the wine to my client, along with a fresh pizza pie!

The wine was wrapped exquisitely, and he even made sure I remembered to include a card.

Great selection. They have every strange bottle any aspiring mixologist would want. I've gone there looking for tons of obscure bottles I read about in my bartending recipe book and they have it all.

The best Wine and Spirits shop in Westchester County, hands down. Incredible selection you won't find in any other shop I can think of, the staff are pros, the prices reasonable and they'll find you a great selection whether you're looking to spend $20 or $200. Street parking can be tough so save yourself the hassle and just park in the Stop & Shop lot across the street.
