I first came to Ultra Care a few months ago when none of the local “chain” pharmacies were able to fill my son’s prescription. They are all SO friendly and quick to help!!!! I just came back again today to fill my own prescription. They are definitely my new pharmacy to come to

Probably the best pharmacy in Central Jersey. Don't let the location or small size of the store fool you. Outstanding customer service, very knowledgeable pharmacy staff, and a well-oiled machine. I can't say that I ever am super excited to go get a vaccine or pick up medicines but the folks at ultra make a questionable experience really really comfortable. I highly recommend them to anyone who has the need for a high quality pharmacy!

i visited Ultra care pharmacy for my vaccination, the pharmacist working over there was very kind and guided me for vaccine and did needful to provide me the required information, she knows her subject well,she was compassionate, she made me explain the process, also she helped me to reach my insurer regarding my vaccination coverage. I am thankful and quite satisfied with her kind nature and the help she provided to me during my visit.

My experience with ULTRA CARE Healthmart PHARMACY was amazing. I was looking for TDAP and went to many pharmacy in our area but none of them had except ultra care. All of the staff were knowledgeable and friendly and they had answer to all of my concern. They provide instructions on how to take care after medication and any potential side effects to watch for. I didn’t have insurance, but had discount coupon. They still work around and gave me break on injection price and help me save some money. It was lunch time and they still took me and help me and provide me service. I would give this pharmacy 5 star in terms of their customer service and care.

I love Ultra Care Pharmacy! I love the service it provides, I love the care and concern, and I love the convenience as well. I remember when my doctor prescribed me Ozempic, CVS pharmacy didn't give me the call stating they were out of the medicine and gave me a huge run around to find the medicine. Ultra Care Pharmacy drove to their Jersey City location to get one for me since they were out of stock. I was so elated and happy by the service they provided.

Ultra care pharmacy in Frankin Park is a pharmacy with personal touch. My family and I have used their services for vaccinations and medications. The staff is extremely helpful and understands the need of the patient. Would highly recommend this pharmacy to everyone.

Amazing service at Ultra care at the Franklin Park location. Shubha is outstanding and amazing in her approach to not just increase the sale but more importantly to help her clients with their needs and medical help. She has gone over and beyond to help me and ease my hesitation to transfer all my mom’s medications to them. She advises and follows up on my concerns and chases the doctors for refills and gets our medicines home delivered at their expense!! I highly recommend them over any CVS or Walgreens!! I suggest try them out- you will not want to move away from their outstanding service!! I give them 10 stars!!

I have got a COVID vaccination appointment for my kid. The process is really seamless. Their staff is very knowledgeable and flexible. They know how to handle kids and my kid was so comfortable during this process. Their name says everything, they are taking ultra care:) I would recommend them to all my friends and families. We have always getting our meds done at Walgreen in Franklin park on RT27. recently Walgreen’s staffs quality has gone down A LOT and very unprofessional, wait time average takes hours and they don’t even notify their patient when their meds are OUT OF STOCKS. We got very disappointed at Walgreen, one day I spoke to my parents about it and they recommended to go to Ultra care and I decided to support our local pharmacy, why not right?

I have to say they are great and on point for all their meds. They are also good at reminding their customer about their refill (that’s very important to me) they are also very professional to work with, however, the only thing I would recommend will be their business hours. They close at 7 pm sometimes I hope they can be close a little bit later so we can get the med later from them but most of the time we will try to arrange within their business hours.

overall they are great and maybe when we have more local support they might be able to consider open later so that no one needs to CHOOSE to pick up from Walgreen again, very disappointing at Walgreen once again.

They provide excellent service care for their patients and go above and beyond helping with doctors and getting prescriptions filled.
