This is the very best CVS ever! Staff very well trained and informed. Almost always stocked well. Pharmacy is top notch. At busiest times, there may be a line but everyone is working so hard and I have NEVER had an issue with a prescription not ready or lost or whatever else can happen. I appreciate all the hard work that goes into the preparation and hand off of my prescriptions. I am very thankful for these hard working folks

The best pharmacy within the area, I've been there several times for pick up and one young lady called Constance at the pickup area is very respectful, caring and very helpful. Overall an average pharmacy with most stuff available.

I love CVS but there are certain locations that need to do better. I went to the pharmacy to pick up my meds, the cashier was cheerful until I got to her counter and all of a sudden she “wants to go home already”. I didn’t do anything but provide my name and date of birth. The customers before were pleasant but when you have to take care of me you want to go home? You’ve only been open an hour and 8 minutes by the time I got there and all of a sudden you’re having a bad day?! I transferred my meds there because I just moved to the area but I may as well travel the 1.5 hr to the pharmacy I’m used to in Eatontown. I punched in my number she didn’t even have the decency to say that number didn’t come up would you like to try another? I worked for CVS and still support them but I went the extra mile with every customer so I know what it is like when someone doesn’t do the basics. Not a great first experience because of OM. The front store manager seems pleasant she greeted us as soon as we came in and when we left. The only reason I leave 3 stars is because of her and the fact that my meds were available faster than I expected.

At this CVS location, you can conveniently receive both flu and COVID vaccines from their friendly staff. However, it can be difficult to reach the pharmacist when attempting to order a prescription, so it may not be the best choice for that purpose. On a positive note, this location does offer the convenience of self-checkout. It's important to note that the store closes at 10 pm, so plan accordingly when visiting.

I don’t wish to bad mouth this pharmacy. I just have had many issues with my prescriptions here. It seems that the staff is really busy and overwhelmed all of the time. Are more people sick or are they just short staffed? Either way, it seems problematic to me. Some change needs to happen because clearly I’m not the only one that has had problems here. Otherwise the staff is very patient and kind.

Been using the CVS pharmacy located at Rt 27 & Beekman Rd in Franklin Park NJ since 1997 on a on and off basis. My recent most visit was fraught with negative experiences. Firstly the store initiated a refill on their own. When I went to pick up my medication my copay for the medication had suddenly gone up. I unhappily asked how it suddenly changed. The pharmacy technician with her scowl face snapped at me very curtly to check with my insurance company glaring at me all the while. I left the store without picking up the medication. Later that evening I called the pharmacy and spoke to the manager or lead pharmacist and told him I would like to come the following morning and pick up the medication. After checking the particulars in their system, he said that was absolutely fine. Next morning when I went to pick up the medication, the same technician with a scowl face attitude looked into the system and said I have no prescription! Infact just that morning I had received a text from CVS to come and get the medication. Lo and behold now magically it's not there. The technician once again with a scowl face told me to go to a different counter to reorder the prescription. I went to the booth and showed the text message that I had received from CVS to pick up my medication. He looked up their system and told me someone had put the medicine back to store, so he would have to reprocess my prescription and asked me to wait another 20 minutes. I wish CVS trains pharmacists to be customer friendly.

I have been using this CVS for most of the 29 years I have lived across the street from them. Even when I had to switch pharmacies due to insurance issues, I still called them for any questions I had on prescriptions. Those pharmacists never let me down and were able to provide information and help I never found at any other pharmacy. Recently I really feel it is very poorly managed. I was shorted 30 pills in a 90 day supply of an expensive tier 4 drug. I had to deal with a lot of pain as CVS denied the shortage and insurance would not cover early refill. I paid full cost and took the financial loss. Filled the same prescription and this time I was shorted SIXTY (60!). CVS immediately said to come back and they would supply the missing pills. How could that even happen?? I rarely go inside due to covid issues but had to go in for a vaccination. As I stood waiting in front of their Symbicort inhalers supply, every single box was stored upside down despite a large arrow and printed caution on every box to store UPRIGHT. That’s sad. I no longer get Symbicort from CVS. Another irritating recurring issue is when the phone system asks if you want CVS to contact your doctor to refill a prescription and you say yes, CVS enters the wrong date to refill. It is always a week or more AFTER I run out. This CVS sure has lost the quality care it used to provide.

Pharmacy has inconvenient hours of operation.
Pharmacy team member Bhanu is more argumentative and disrespectful than helpful.
