Fresco Steak & Seafood Grill

We tried this place as an alternative to Arthur's Steakhouse in North Brunswick. I was in the mood for a good 24 oz. Ribeye for my birthday, but my wife can't take the decor and smell of Arthur's. Luckily, I found this spot. The ambiance alone was miles ahead of Arthur's. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Making reservations was easy. The food was excellent!The Ribeye was only 22 oz. but was seasoned perfectly and the temperature was precise. It was very filling. I ate the whole thing. My family loved their dishes, as well. They don't have a bar. However, it's BYOB or BYOW. Luckily, there's a liquor store with a decent wine close by. This place is worth coming back to.

If you're looking for a nice, clean place with great food, and a very comfortable seating experience, you'll definitely like it here. You get exactly what you pay for. I came here looking for a nice Italian meal with my date and I can't say I was disappointed at all. The food is by no means cheap, but it is made with care and expertise that is reflective of the price. This isn't a diner, so don't expect that here. Their octopus salad appetizer is the softest, sweetest octopus that I've had outside of an upscale sushi restaurant.

Ask your server for the daily specials and you'll be met with an entire rap verse that you weren't expecting.

Very welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. Excellent food quality and professional service style. We have eaten here several times and the quality has been consistently fine. Prices are reasonable. We had a private group luncheon last week, and all aspects were superb.

I'm a steak-lover, maybe a steak connoisseur 🧐, and the first time I came here not expecting much but now it's a favorite.
I try to bring all my friends and family here atleast once.

I usually enjoy the NY strip, medium rare.

Great menu with lots of choices. We love the Sauteed Swordfish with white wine, capers, olive oil, etc. served with roasted potatoes and vegetables stand photo). The feta and pear is a great starter. Our friends had the Salmon and Soft Sell Crabs and were very happy. Our server was friendly and helpful but not intrusive.

Was able to place a takeout order for Mother's Day to treat our family.
Ease of ordering, timeliness, food quality were all excellent.

My husband and I went to Fresco for the first time this past Saturday accompanied by 4 friends. We all were extremely pleased with our dining experience from start to finish. The six of us had a variety of appetizers and entrees and all were delicious and perfectly executed. I can personally recommend the clams casino and the veal milanese. A very special shout out to our waitress Adelina [sp?] who went above and beyond to make sure our first experience at Fresco definitely won't be our last.

A wonderful place for food with friends and family. We were celebrating my nephews graduation. It was truly a special meal in a wonderful ambience. The restaurant has upscale decor but feels welcoming and comfortable. Food is awesome -tasty big portions, fresh food, well presented and at a reasonable cost. This is the place where you go to celebrate that special event.

I visited Fresco Steak & Seafood Grill on a Sunday afternoon. I came with a party of 8 and they were very accommodating and offered us our own exclusive room. The waiter kept our drinks that were BYOB on ice the entire time. Most had steak and seafood towers. I received nothing but positive feedback from the entire table. I had the penne vodka and a side of mashed potatoes. I almost forgot the picture but I captured the photo towards the end of the dinner. The penne vodka came very hot, it was a creamy, and they delivered a healthy portion of Parmesan on the side.

The food as usual, was really good.
Their grouper is the best!
The best part was when the other patrons in the dining room joined us in singing happy birthday when her cupcake and candle came out.
It was awesome!

The food and the service were excellent.
I had one of the specials, grouper and was not disappointed. I would definitely return for another dinner. Recommended

This was our first time dining at Fresco Steak and Seafood and it certainly won't be our last. We were amazed by the menu. The portions are substantial. The food is outstanding as is the service.

Couldn’t believe I have never reviewed one of our favorites….we have been here numerous times and we have never been disappointed. Our last visit we had the crab stuffed mushrooms along with some calamari with a mango sauce (Daily special). I guess I misunderstood as this was a special and thought it would be spicy but sadly it was not. It was cooked perfectly however and still delicious. The veal Marsala was excellent as well as the Chilean sea bass (Daily special). That sea bass had a roasted garlic sauce with mushrooms, artichoke and other vegetables that elevated this dish to heights unknown. That sauce, I learned, is served with other dishes and was not exclusive to the dish i ordered, good to know. I have to add another dish I had the last time we were here, the lamb chops I had were the best I have ever eaten!!! Ok, now you know, this place rocks!

BEST steak I ever had!! it was very well cooked and juicy. also their marinara sauce was amazing with both the calamari and the pasta. the octopus appetizers was good but it was missing some flavor. This was our first time to Fresco we were celebrating our anniversary but def will bring our fam and friends next time.

My wife and I had lunch here for the first time. We ordered butternut squash soup, zucchini fries, linguine with white clam sauce and swordfish (one of the lunch specials today). Our waiter was great. The zucchini fries was okay but everything else was delicious. We also liked the Christmas decorations. We really enjoyed the experience and will definitely come back for dinner next time.

Delicious food my family goes here for holidays or birthdays because the food is so delicious, it's bit upscale and byob. My absolute favorite is the rack of lamb with the mint honey sauce. The seafood risotto and grouper with artichoke hearts are also favorites. My son is a very picky eater but swears they have the best penne vodka he's ever had.

Had a wonderful time again at Frescos. Katie was a terrific server today for my Family's birthdays celebration! Food was excellent as always!! Thank you again for making our celebration a wonderful one!!
