ACME Markets

This supermarket offers an impressive selection of vegtables, fruits and other products. This store is so clean you can practically eat off the floors. Prices are cheaper than wegmans or whole foods for about the same quality.

Best Acme ever!!!! Employees are wonderful and location os perfect. Please don't let anyone take this store away from us.

I love this supermarket and I'm super sad they're going to be closing and will replace it with apartments. They have very reasonable prices, good selection of products and great deals in their rewards program

I wish I had this store in my town or at least closer to me. I will definitely make a point of shopping here every time I'm up in the East Brunswick / Miltown area. (which will be pretty regular as my daughter and grandson live there and I'm there every chance I get) The store was so clean, organized, & great people!

This is my favorite grocery store. It's not as fancy as a Wegman's but who cares. The main reason we like the store is their quality of meats. We usually buy eye round roasts that are much better quality than Wegman's. They offer quality deli meats and great rotisserie chicken. The store is clean and the staff are friendly.
We are very sad that this store will be replaced by apartments. It will really impact our seniors who are intimidated by the big box stores and shop the Acme instead.

It's a nice store. Their Signature brand of food is usually pretty good for most things. As several reviews mentioned I like that the store usually doesn't feel too high strung like several other bigger stores do in the area. The deli has good products. Harold is always good for good customer service and laughs.

Wish they weren't closing next year. This store is so convenient and clean.

A review for the bakery and staff: they were so helpful with a large birthday order. Everything in this bakery is kosher pareve and pas yisroel... and delicious!
We got cookies, cookie cake, cupcakes and birthday cake. Each were yummy and enjoyed by all.

Good but a little expensive. If you have coupons or if they have sale for certain items the prices will be affordable. It is very well organized. You will find a lot of food and beverages. They have cooked food, deli, bakery, frozen food, paper towels, etc. They are nice at the cashier and at the customer service too. I think it is a nice place for shopping.

Nice, clean store. Shelves full with lots of choices. Good workers who are willing to help shoppers.

Better atmosphere than Foodtown , easier to find items. More pleasant to shop and better prices

Ran in for some chopped meat for a last minute dinner idea and found the jars of pickled cauliflower and mixed veg I enjoy when making sandwiches. It was less than what I normally pay in regular supermarkets and look forward to coming back and finding more pleasant surprises.

I absolutely love the Milltown store its never overly crowded which makes it so much nicer to shop in. I can always find what i need. All the people that work there are friendly and eager to help if you need it. I heard that acme is going to close this store and i absolutely wish they would not it will be a store that truely will be missed.

Great selection Fully stocked shelves and fair prices. Too bad this location is scheduled to close. Best market around.

Good selection usually not crowded. Alil pricey but now everywhere is pricey and they have sales often that bring it to competitive price point.

I came to acme today to get a few things and the employee Mike was outside moving carts and helped and old women get into her car. Mind you it was fairly cold out but he still helped out. Glad to see a hard worker and that there are still good people in the world

This supermarket is super nice. Specially Dave in the meat department was really helpful. He makes this store the friendly neighborhood store and I would go and shop at the store every time. Thanks, Dave.

Close to home and the 4 day sales are great. I'm always checking on Thursday for the Friday-Monday specials. Friendly workers and they even do self checkout.

I don't do much grocery shopping, but when I stop here to pick up a few things it is almost always in stock, and checkout lines move fast.

I like that the store is easy to navigate and find things. Their staff is always helpful if you need to find something specific, and their prepared food is excellent. Try the sushi!
