Had to stop at STS Tire to have a rim alloy gator reseated. The were all very accommodating, friendly and courteous. They made sure that I was 100% satisfied with their work. I would definitely recommend STS Tire and definitely use them in the future

I have to say that Ed, the manager and his staff at STS In Dover, New Jersey are second to none. They got me right in and mounted a very difficult set of tires on rims for me today. They did not give up until they were mounted.They were Clean and efficient and very nice to deal with. I have to say the best ever and it was a pleasant experience, I highly recommend STS in Dover and will always use them in the future.. Thanks again for all the great work!!

The service was phenomenal. Angel was more than communicative with what he was doing and anytime he noticed something, he would call me. When it came time to pay for everything, Ron broke everything down line by line. He was more than helpful. There's a reason why the town of Dover trusts this auto shop.

Excellent service all around here. Brought my car in with a flat and had it fixed super fast for a great price. I’ll definitely be coming here from now on for my breaks and other services!

As soon as I walked in I got greeted very nicely by Tarrel and Daniella. They were very helpful as well as very knowledgeable on all of the questions I had. Very fast service and done very well. Best tire shop I’ve ever been to.

Sts was so helpful! They were able to get me in quickly, replace my flat, and inform me that my other tire was on its way out too. They replaced both, gave me a few discounts to help me save money, and were friendly and welcoming while I hung out there. Shout out to Aquill for the good banter!

I discovered I had a flat tire on Sunday afternoon. I was afraid no one would be open or able to help on such short notice. I stumbled into STS. These folks were super friendly, fast, and efficient! They saved the day! Definitely recommend!

Ron is the man! Was in there for just 15 min for my quick tire patch. He made sure to be fast and get me right in the shop. I seriously appreciated his above and beyond service. Definitely see Ron! Will see him again and again!

You can count on Ron! I was in a terrible situation- extremely sick, flat tire and an hour from home. Even though it was only one hour to closing with no appointment, Ron welcomed me and replaced the tire immediately, no questions asked. Not only that, Ron was quick, polite and offered the most fair price that we could ask for. Many other local shops would not even consider my request, but Ron did the job well done without hesitation and did not take advantage of my desperate circumstance. Thank you Ron and team, I can’t recommend you highly enough!

What a seamless experience at this location.The staff is very knowledgeable and professional. The young lady that helped me with my service was a delight. I will definitely return. Awesome Customer Service! Ron & Parris were so great. I had new tires put on and an oil change. They were completely honest and didn't try to sell me on anything that wasn't needed. I highly recommend this place!

I came here today in need of a battery for my Acura. I struck out at two places before arriving apparently due to the complexity of knowing what battery the car needed. This is a very well managed and led store. Ron made it easy for me, provided great customer service, and found the battery I needed in less than a minute and got me on my way efficiently. Parris was also very friendly at the front desk. Great experience - I'll be back

I needed tire rotation and balance services. I was able to schedule an appointment very fast when it was convenient for me. The Manager at reception was very nice and polite . The service was done fast. All my questions were answered . The waiting area is nice , spacious and clean .

Came in For an Oil Change and spoke with Gentleman Named Ron upfront . He was very polite and knowledgeable and did an overall check on my vehicle and came back to tell me what would be needed in the future . I really appreciated the great service and will recommend anyone to come here for oil changes and Tire needs .
