Josh is my Guy to see, He’s reasonably priced, and he does a great job, Very Friendly and Professional along with great conversation.
Again I’m very happy I have him for my Barber 💈
He most definitely deserves a 5 Star review with me.
He always makes me look my best and he’s a perfectionist in his quality of work.
I usually set up an appointment with him every 2 weeks and I actually look forward to my next appointment with him!

I’ve been going here for well over 10 years. Almost everyone has cut my hair here. I would recommend all of them. They all do a great job. For the last 2-3 years I have used Neeko every 2 weeks to always get me looking right. Always takes his time cutting my hair and I sit right down and no questions asked just gets right to it. I enjoy visiting the shop as they make you feel right at home. If you’re looking for a cut this is the place to go!

Got my haircut for my wedding here from Ryan. Awesome cut, fiancé loves it so that’s always a plus! 12/10 would recommend to anybody in the area that needs a cut!

José is a truly outstanding barber; he is probably the best barber I have come across. He is, moreover, very polite and respectful.

The place to go for a cut! These guys are top notch, I've had a bi-weekly appointment for 10+ years and never been disappointed. Call a few days ahead and set up an appointment if your press for time, walk-ins are welcome in the order you arrived. Always busy!

These guys do a wonderful job. Top quality. Good prices. I specifically heard that Critter was great with kids. I bought my two-year-old and he did a fantastic job. Highly recommend.

The experience and hair cut were amazing. The barber (didn’t catch his name) was amazing with my son. He held a conversation with him the entire time. Not to many people can do that with him. Definitely recommend for children that are having a hard time coming out of their shells.

This has been our only barber for years now, and there is a reason why. We would be willing to wait however long it takes because the customer service is beyond amazing and the work has always been nothing but amazing. When my 7 year old son raises a brow and boasts of confidence I know that there is no other place we would rather be. Very accommodating and family friendly. We always feel special and Critter has always taken his time to ensure that my son gets the best cut. If you haven't been you are missing out! Each barber is highly qualified and it's an inspiring atmosphere to be in. Thank you for all that you do.

Great barbershop with an awesome staff. Great for men, women and children of all ages. They offer a variety of services beyond your standard haircut and have a nice family friendly environment. I recommend Next Level to all my friends and family in the Utica area. The owner is a great guy who cares deeply about customer satisfaction and makes sure the experience is great every time. Crit and his team will take great care of you.

30 minute wait as a walk in, not too bad for how busy they were! Kris did an awesome job! Think I will make all my future trims scheduled with him. Professional and really friendly place, I plan to be a regular there!

My son goes here and they are fantastic! It's a great atmosphere. Everyone is friendly, the banter is great, the barbers are really good, my son is always happy with his shave and a haircut!

Magical Mark cut my hair and did a fine job. He was really gentle on my scalp and his conversations had me giggling my behind off. I would recommend him for any guy or girl looking for a barber!

These guys are amazing. They are the only barbers I will let cut my hair. I have never left there with a hair cut that wasn't exactly what I wanted no matter which of the guys I got. Very friendly, great atmosphere.
