Very happy with my latest couch and mattress purchase. I have to say that our sales representative AnnaMarie is what really made it go so smoothly. She is very attentive, easy going and most of all doesn’t make you feel pressured. It was so refreshing to work with her!

They are very knowledgeable and helpful with our needs. The price were so affordable and the discounts are generous. We are happy with our new mattress, pillows side table and accessories. We love the place and we will be back soon for coffee table and one more side table.

I had a very short window to get furniture for my mother to move into assisted living. I called and spoke with AnnaMarie and gave her all of the details. She told me to come into the store the next day and she showed me my options. She was patient and went over the floor plan with me on the computer. She gave me a range of options and prices and my mom got her furniture quickly as promised! She was so helpful and understanding of my need for speedy delivery and affordability. I would highly recommend R&F, and especially with AnnaMarie! It was a positive experience and I will be coming back to her at the store for my future purchases.

Guilliana was very helpful. We went in looking for several different things and to take advantage of the friends and family sale. We ended up with patio furniture and an amazing sectional for our living room. Guilliana was great helping us figure out measurements and what would or wouldn’t work in our space. She did not rush or press us to make a decision. We went home, thought it over then went back the next day. Communication with everyone was great from start to finish. Even delivery was flawless. We will definitely be going back.

We just bought a couch and two chairs at the R&F Friends and Family sale. Our sales rep, Annamarie, was terrific. Helpful, but not pushy, knowledgeable, personable and professional. She had our contact info from our visit a few days before. Easy peasy. Smooth "sale"ing. Expert delivery in three days. Total success.

Picked up some great chairs for our office. Once I put the first one together, the last 3 went more quickly together. It took about 2 hours total. They look nice and are comfy. Meant to be dining side chairs, but they work well for this use, too!

Guilliana was very helpful in figuring out what furniture would fit in our small living room in our vacation home located in Mass.
