Such a great spot in mount Kisco! The food never disapppints. Friendly and family owned. Best lobster roll in town - perfect amount of lobster and soft potato bun. Salmon on Caesar salad also amazing and the baked clams are a must have!

The seafood paella is to die for. Robby was a great host. We want to go back and try everything else!

The crab cakes are truly the best I’ve had and the shrimp cocktail is incredible. Great spot to eat and purchase seafood! Always fresh. Also a perfect space for a dinner party. If you’re in Westchester you need to check out Contes!

What a cool and unique spot! On a LONG drive up north I stopped off of the highway to grab a quick bite for lunch (I'm a foodie and wanted something other than the typical fast food). The atmosphere is casual, comfortable, laid back and intimate, the owner was super friendly and inviting not to mention extremely knowledgeable on what fish to eat during what time of year (let him suggest a dish based on your preference). The food is simply prepared, fresh and delicious as well as extremely reasonable for Westchester prices. A must visit for lunch or dinner! I'll definitely be back for lobster!

The hand cut fries are so fresh, you can actually feel good about serving them to your children. The lobster rolls are perfection. Just solidly good seafood. Highly recommend.

Stopped in to pick up seafood for Mother’s Day . Scallops were sweet and fresh , steamer clams were as fresh as could be . Thanks for the recipes and recommendations will be back soon !!

Tonite Contes did a pop-up and served a delicuous Paella, with a choice of Meat or Fish w a special rice. Food was over the top, first course capanata was delicious and dessert was a custard creme brulee. Complimented by either red or whoute Sangria w fresh fruit.

Looking fwd to the next special Sunday event, again a delicious venue.

I bought some fish here late one afternoon and realized that I had forgotten my wallet. The owner, who didn't know me gave me the fish anyway, which was delicious, and told me to pay him when I had the chance. He didn't even ask my name.

Contes has been my local favorite for seafood. Love the transformation from fishmarket during the day to restaurant at night. Wednesday night Lobster lunacy is terrific !
