09/28/23 ...I live in one of the apartments on Lakeshore Blvd. I've been unable to leave my apartment since 09/15 due to mobility issues. Today our mail carrier blessed me by bringing my mail to my apartment and leaving it outside my door ....I live on the fourth floor. Just wanted to say thank you and you are truly appreciated. YOU REALLY MADE MY DAY. Blessed be.

My family and I been staying in Euclid for a little over 14 years. And let me say that our Mail service from the postal office staff to all the mail carriers have been extraordinary! We are very grateful for the service we have received! Thank you so much Euclid postal workers for a great experience over all, keep up the fantastic work, my Queen and I appreciate all who have been involved in making our postal experience great!

Quick and fast service

Quick and easy shipping experience, but I think they charged me for one day shipping without asking me what I wanted. It was the day before Christmas, but I didn't care when it would be shipped. Otherwise, the customer service was good.

Excellent service on my visits.

First I want to say how awesome the younger guy at the left/west window is. He will go out of his way to help and is very responsible and knowledgeable.

But much of the rest of the location can use help. My package was supposed to be delivered on Monday and showed online as "out for delivery" but never showed up, even though I got the rest of my mail. It was a 1" x 10"x 6" package, approximately.

I called them the next day and they answered fast then put me on hold for 20 minutes then when I said I would pick up my package they went to look for it, and after an hour, I hung up and went to the post office. They quickly told me that the package was out for delivery. The online app said "awaiting delivery" with no time estimate. WASTE OF 2 DAYS. It finally arrived after 5 pm.

This is the third time packages do not arrive when the online app said "out for delivery".

We use to have a great Mail carrier that came to our building here at The Vista but now I don't know what is going on. Some of my mail is being put in the mail box in the [East building Kim Cox] instead of the [West Building Sharlena Cox 1010] and sometimes they put Thomas Cox [#2164 East Building] mail in my box as well. This is a very bad problem when it's bill time and you don't get your mail on time. Trying to contact someone at the Postal Office about this matter is very hard as well. Most of the time you get the automated system and No one gets back to you.

No complaints about service. The building could use an update. Parking lot needs to be cleaned and de-weeded. The glass window need to be squeegeed, and the floors could use a GOOD amount of bleach and pine-sol. COVID-19 thrives in filth, clean your nasty building.

I have not received mail for 2 days and that is extremely unusual! This has also happened in the past. I received a statement (letter) from my 401K provider and it was opened. I bet they thought that a check was inside. Postman is very good, inside people are usually good, but someone is getting the mail I should be receiving.
