The staff is very nice one thing I liked about them is that they have free parking. The.builng is very clean, in my experience I did a butt wax and that took less than 10 minutes . Another thing is that they give a quick pre-clean and an after care.

They waxed my bikini zone or back in my day we called it "the no no zone" or "the devil valley". I can't wait to get home and show off for my husband Ron (He passed away a few years ago but I got his ashes). I feel like a new woman and I'm sorry for the lady who did my waxing. I think she has an allergic reaction because she was gagging during the waxing. Oh well great work! Xoxox Grandma Karen

I have been going to see Sarah J at Waxxpot for almost a year now and she is absolutely the best. I had never tried any of these services before, and Sarah made the process easy and comfortable. I went from only getting one service to getting 3-4 regularly. She is so sweet and always goes the extra mile to make sure everything looks great. I appreciate her attention to detail and even though I know she is very busy and sees many people, you would never know because she always takes her time, is so personable and does a really awesome job. 10/10 would recommend!

Sarah Beddow was amazing! It was my first time going to Waxxpot and I thought I would just pop in and get my brows done. I left with first, beautiful brows and brow tint and second, with an appointment for a Brazilian. She was so personable and fun and this 100% is doing to be where I go from here on out.

It was my first visit and Im not going to lie I was so nervous but Ms.Grace talked me thru the whole process while including a meaningful conversation which took my mind off what was happening & before I knew it I was done. I purchased the Brazilian V Wax service and I love the outcome. Also did I mention that customer service was very inviting everyone seem happy to be there. La’Don is wonderful. They did an amazing job, showing extra attention to detail. I hate sitting still to get my brows done, but La’Don created a comfortable atmosphere and was very gentle as well. Would definitely recommend them and this location. The front desk staff is always friendly and helpful as well.

Over the weekend I got my first lash lift and tint in addition to my regular wax. Brittney did an amazing job! She took her time, explained everything every step of the way, and made me feel super comfortable from start to finish. I love the results and would definitely recommend her for your next visit!

This place was very clean and they did very quick work. Super comfortable, fun atmosphere and the results were amazing. The woman who did my waxing asked lots of questions to make sure it was perfect. If you're thinking about getting waxed, I recommend this place.

This is the first time I've had this done in 12 years, so it worked a lot of trust to get here. Sarah made me comfortable and welcomed me like she was my drinking buddy. We talked about television, movies, and the wax process the entire time. Very social! The host was nice and helpful with parking validation and appointment follow up. I highly recommend Sarah!

I've been to a few other locations around Columbus but this one is by far my favorite. I feel like the employees here are the nicest, parking is super easy (there's an attached garage), but the reason I keep coming back is Amber. She's amazing.

I was new to waxing and found a great fit with Waxxpot. Hope has been awesome in this process. She's super personable and somehow remembers what we talked about at previous session. As a whole, I've found that they are understanding of schedule changes and will accommodate the customers whenever possible.

I have been seeing Kayla at Waxxpot Grandview since I moved downtown in September. I have gotten other waxes there, but today I got my eyebrows waxed and tinted as well. I immediately felt the need to share how amazing she is with the world! I always feel that I am in great hands because of how knowledgeable, friendly, and professional she is. I always feel comfortable, even while getting sometimes “uncomfortable” wax treatments done. The location itself is always clean and I am never not greeted with a friendly smile as soon as I walk in. I absolutely love the Waxxpot Grandview! I followed Amanda from the Short North location and never looked back. Amanda is amazing. I started going to her before my wedding, and have continued to go back for the six months after as well. She does a fabulous job, answers all my questions, recommends new products, and most importantly, makes me feel comfortable. The Grandview location is new and beautiful, plus they validate parking in the attached garage for you! I would highly recommend checking it out.

Hey! I’m a dude, and I come here regularly, typically for a Brazilian. They are of the utmost professionalism here. Probably has something to do with the fact they literally ONLY wax. No frills, down to business, incredibly fast. Not treated differently for being a man, either! Amber does amazing work and is very calming. Try them, you won’t regret it!

I've been going to Hope at Waxxpot Grandview for brow waxing for about six months now and she is AWESOME! She does such a great job with my brows every time and is also fun to chat with while she works. The space itself is clean and bright and everyone there is always super friendly. If you are on the hunt for a new salon definitely check this place out!

Great service was not long wait wasn't hard to schedule an appointment. The lady was very knowledgeable giving the wax she very patient it was a great experience and the ending result was amazing. If I'm ever in Ohio again I will definitely return great service all the way.

This is a good location in Grandview and has a professional, clean, and warming atmosphere. For personal services I am very picky as it should be. Needless to say, I was nervous about my first visit but my specialist Amanda was great! She was profesaional and knowledgeable. My next appointment is already booked.
