John at the Verizon store was very knowledgeable, professional and conscientious. He helped me switch from AT&T to Verizon wireless. He got me the best deals with free phones and a watch with trade ins. Can’t beat that!! I would highly recommend. The wait can be long because they can use more help for John.

My boyfriend and I went to the store yesterday. We were greeted by John and Alex. Having a frustrating experience with Another store John and Alex went above and beyond to make that right. It was one of the best Verizon experiences I’ve ever had. If you want two people to go above, and beyond for you, definitely ask for one of them you won’t regret it! They have so much knowledge when it comes to the Phones And not only that they are so personable and kind. I truly enjoyed working with them and I will definitely be going back for now to do any upgrades with them!

After having 40 minute painful and excruciating conversation with the corporate about my phone being broken and not operating properly to where the person was downgrading me and tried his best to make me sound like the dumbest person on earth i decided to go to this location in Bernardsville because anytime i stepped in there i got utmost respect and understanding . A little bit of a heavy set posture gentleman with long hair explained everything to me , the process and he also did the claim for me in 10 minutes. Explained everything better than anyone else could without even trying.
Verizon needs to pull this man out of the store , put him in the corporate and make him a trainer of some sort. That would be the only location that i would go to .

Complete resolution for my issue when I was no longer able to make phone calls on my iPhone. I usually go to another store, but decided to try local. John took all the time I needed, providing thorough and cumulative information regarding my plan and older phone, versus updating both. Since I wasn’t rushed, I feel comfortable with my decision to remain on my current plan, but still opted for an upgrade on the phone. Will be back!

I am a Verizon Fios customer and had a very big technical service problem that I could not resolve, even after six weeks and many, many hours on the phone. Although this was "officially" out of the scope of what this store does, John was so committed to trying to help me that he devoted significant time to figuring out a way to put me in touch with the right, knowledgeable technical service person (not a slam dunk by any means). Thanks to John, that's exactly what finally happened, and the problem is well on its way to being resolved only several hours later. His helpful tenacity made all the difference: I would have had to leave Verizon if this could not be resolved. With him staffing the store, you can be sure that there is true dedication to wrestling problems to resolution! Big thanks from me, from my neighbors, and from my homeowner's association. The problem was impacting us all! John saved this account, and likely several others!

I could not be happier with the service I received from John when setting up my new phone (there had been some issues with my old phone so it wasn’t a straightforward setup). He was friendly, polite and very knowledgeable. Maybe I could have found the accessories i bought for a little less elsewhere, but these guys work on commission and it was well worth it to me for the service I received. John at the Verizon store in Bernardsville is the best. He’s been helping me for years. He always makes sure I get the best deal for my devices and is very knowledgeable about all products. He’s always on time with his appointments but is also very pleasant and helpful when I just walk in. He is also very kind and patient with the older customers who struggle with technology. He needs a raise. He has the patience of a saint.
