Stephen took the time with clear communication to understand my insurance needs and make sure my property has the necessary coverage in the event of loss. He gathered the necessary information from me both verbally and through email as appropriate.

Stephen also took the time to go through my policy and explain the details of my policy coverage. Professional service experience with genuine personal caring for me as a client.

The transaction was easy with options for payment by check or credit card. The binder and policy documents were provided promptly.
