I purchased a Hyundai Elantra in 2013 from Carbone Hyundai and I have to say that the service there is absolutely deplorable and will never, never buy a car from there again. Every time I have brought my car in for service they have always added something extra to my bill that was not requested and I was not told about prior to the service. I once brought my car in, in which I told them," I need an oil change, my back break light is out and I need it repaired, and then after that please do the inspection." They did the oil change, checked my light, (which they informed me need to be ordered as they need to replace the whole piece) and then charged me for a failed inspection because the back light was out. And after I asked they informed me that they would charge me again for a new inspection after the light was repaired. Who in their right mind would inspect a vehicle knowing the back light was out and needed repair after I told them to repair it first then do the inspection. And of course, today was another circus as I brought it in for an oil change and inspection. The young lady at the desk told me that my back license plate light were out and my trunk light was out and would cost me $61.00 to complete before passing inspection. ( I know how much bulbs cost and have replaced them myself, and consider this robbery) Nor did they give me the options to do these myself when I told them I could do it. They also suggested ( but didn't need them done today) I needed new brake pads which was quoted at $369.00. Even calling around to very reputable repair shops, the price they quoted to me is robbery. My husband has purchased 2 trucks and my son has purchased a car from Carbone and has never faced these problems. And in the other Carbone dealerships their waiting rooms are 100% better than Carbone Hyundai. I guess if you buy from Carbone Hyundai they must consider those customers to be bottom of the barrel.

The absolute worst Buying experience I’ve ever had at a dealership! I was Lied to by the Finance Guy on cost of an extended Warranty! The Sales person was a young girl , definitely not very professional! Truck was delivered with only one Key Fob after being told there was 2! Then I was told , “Oh well it’s a used Truck and nothing we can do!
Worst Dealership Ever!

If you ever decide to buy a car from Carbone, DON'T!!!!!! They have poor customer service. My boyfriend bought a used vehicle which had a broken computer screen. It took a month to finally get the car back even after several attempts to call them and no return call. After receiving the car, found out the computer was refurbished but charged for a new one. He paid for an extended warranty so he would have the computer covered and then later found out that they didn't include it. Now he's getting the run around by trying to cancel the warranty because they lied to him. He has tried calling again, still no answer and they never return phone calls. If you ask me, that is poor customer care and believe me, we will spread the word!!!! 😤😡👎👎👎👎

Very disappointing. I was very hopeful because we had bought a car from them 8 years ago and it was a fine experience. We had been corresponding for 3 days about a car and we hinted very strongly that we were going to buy this one vehicle and possibly look at another if we didn't end up with the first. We made an appointment and drove an hour and a half with our nine month old to look at it/purchase one. When we arrived the guy I had been corresponding with didn't even ask us how we were doing or any pleasantries. He quickly told us the two cars we were interested in had been sold, "last night before we closed." I even had emailed him in the morning to let him know we were running late and he made no mention that the cars were sold. I know this can be common practice for dealers as a way to get you on the lot to upsell, but it's very sketchy and we were not impressed. He then quickly shuffled us off to a young salesman and told him to show us the lot. We were having none of it. Very disappointing and wouldn't recommend doing business with them.

Overcharge for service? Check.
Sell busted cars that won't pass inspection elsewhere? Check
Charge over 100 bucks for inspections? Check.
Hide their managers and refuse to take calls from customers that are angry because they'd rather lose business then admit their mistakes? Check.
Sell you warranties while promising they cover anything possible and then won't cover anything? Check.
Best terrible car sales group ever. Absolutely check every box on the list, good for them!!

Absolutely worse customer service I have ever experienced. Purchased used vehicle, never honored warranty. Kept making excuses to why it was not covered. Two months after purchase tried to get $2k more for repairs they should have fixed. Will never go back and will never recommend.
