The New Year is here, and I can’t let it go without being said, the excellent service received during the Holiday Season from AAMCO Morristown. They are the consummate example of professionalism, and are knowledgeable and friendly. Their service is bar none, making sure that you are aware of all that is going on with your vehicle and why. In addition, the work is done in a timely manner in accordance to what’s going on with the vehicle. If you are a member of Car Shield, they have that all wrapped up as well. You don’t have to worry about trying to figure things out with Car Shield, they will assist you with the process as much as possible from start to finish. Kudos to AAMCO of Morristown, well worth having your vehicle serviced there!

Absolutely blown away by the customer service and professionalism of this AAMCO. I have an unpredictable work schedule that makes it hard to schedule maintenance. I’ve also had a horrible experience with Mavis for my previous service (they accidentally drained my transmission fluid and had to get my car towed to a dealership. It took 5 days to get my car back!!). I called for a walk in oil change and they were so accommodating. I’ll be bringing my company car to only AAMCO Morristown in the future!

This is my second time coming to get my car serviced. Very knowledgeable, always receive great customer service at reasonable prices.

Incredibly friendly service! I needed a second opinion check, regarding my transmission service. The managers ran the diagnostics and they gave me a straight forward answer. That was exactly what I was looking for. They did not give me any empty promises, just to get me to service my car. Being a professional driver, I appreciate this attitude the most. They told me what was the best option in my situation, and now I know what kind of mechanical “journeys” I can expect in the future. Another words, I know what the issue with my car is, so that I can plan out my next steps. I don’t have to waste my time and my money for unnecessary services, which could lead to even bigger and more expensive problems. If that doesn’t mean a great shop to deal with, I don’t quite know what does. They didn’t even charge me a penny for the diagnostics too. Thank you guys!

I chose this place mainly based on the great reviews but I knew I had the right place upon my initial call with Michael. He was very affable and professional. When I dropped my car off the next day (had to fix exhaust system), I immediately KNEW I had the right place and they had a new friend/customer! Both Michael and John were very friendly, patient and professional. I didn’t feel like I was being taken advantage of. They even took a picture to show me the problem. The estimate was reasonable and it took a few hours to do the job (my dealership gave me an estimate 2.5x higher and would take 2-3 business days). Upon picking up the car, the payment and check-out was seamless and I met another employee, Jerry, who was as affable, sweet and professional as Michael and John! This place is a WIN-WIN!! I’ll DEFINITELY BE BACK for any mechanical needs for my Ford Edge. Being nice, patient and professional GOES A LOOOONG WAY! This Aamco is the place to go!

Incredibly trustworthy guys. Johnny & his team are detailed and upfront and will ALWAYS do the right thing. You can tell when someone has the knowledge of the field but using it for their benefit and not yours, especially as a woman!!! It feels good to know I’m not being taken advantage of or stiffed because I “don’t understand bc I’m a woman” like I’ve felt in the past. If you want to feel confident about not knowing about cars ( or having to bring your husband with you!), come here. Thank you guys for your integrity, always!

Mike (at the office desk) responded within 5 minutes after I scheduled an appointment for a tire problem. When I arrived, AAMCO quickly diagnosed the issue and gave me a response. AAMCO provides comprehensive auto service (more than transmissions).

If you need work done to your car, and you can somehow make it to the Morristown area.. you’re crazy if your don’t consider these guys. Most appreciated how everyone their respected my time (and wallet). Needed brakes for my car and honestly had no real loyalty to any other shop/mechanic… but not anymore! Now I realize this is just as important as finding a good barber! Lol. Once you have someone (or “place” in this case) that is good, you hold on to them! Will definitely visit again when I need oil changes and any other work done to my car. Thank you guys!

Very friendly and were very helpful in trying to find used parts. They came in well below their original estimate by putting in the extra effort. Would recommend. Did my brakes, power steering and helped with a nagging check engine light. Very good communication.

If I could give 10 stars I would! Today I needed a last minute appointment for an issue with one of my tires - I’m traveling tomorrow and didn’t want to drive far on it. They took my appointment within hours notice and inspected my car right away while I waited. I’ll quote the employee who said “we’ll do whatever is most convenient for you” - he won me over right then and there!! It turns out I had a cracked rim and they weren’t able to make the repairs in the timeframe I needed. They charged me $0 and helped make arrangements for me to get the repairs I needed to get home for thanksgiving with my family. They have my business from this day forward. I’ll never go anywhere else!

Great Experience! I was sent here from the dealership and these guys were so patient and easy to work with. Great communication and NO HIDDEN FEES! Happy to say I think I found myself a new mechanic !

John and Jerry served excellent customer service. The whole AAMCO staff went above and beyond. This is my first time here getting my car serviced. John and Jerry made sure what I requested was done in a timely manner. No one gave me the run around and if any additional things that they find that needed serviced they asked my permission to repair it and when over the price with me, they never took matters in their own hands without my consent. They are very honest and I like how the staff member work hard to do there best to make you feel comfortable. And the managers are never too busy to answer your questions over the phone and in person. These guys don’t just do you basic tier rotation, oil change and so on. They do repairs on the inside out even electrical. My fog lights and motor are working like new. And if you are a “Atlantic Health Care worker you get a discount”. Just make sure you bring your health care ID. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐A Job Well Done!!! 👏 If you want a one stop full on repair of anything for a reasonable price GO HERE please. From sports cars to average cars, even commercial vans and trucks. The place is bigger then what it looks inside. Please give them a call. You won’t be disappointed. Last minute oil change needed in and out in 30 minutes! Always upmost integrity from John and Mike. The best place to take your car in Morristown. I believe this 100%.

What a relief to find a mechanic with a clear and honest communication style. John and Jerry let me know what services I do and don't need without any high pressure sales tactics. I left the shop feeling peace of mind for the state of my car, the service I received and the price I paid. Fair, trustworthy, and very friendly.

Tremendous service start to finish. Jerry was fantastic at reaching out to make sure my drop-off was convenient and laid out how diagnosis would work. I didn't end up actually opting for any transmission repairs, but whatever was done to finish up the estimate actually made my transmission wayy smoother. John was also extremely honest about the limitations of the diagnosis for certain warning lights, which was much appreciated. Expectations exceeded.

I called at 8:45 am fully expecting that I'd need to schedule an appointment for the coming week. To my surprise, John fit me in at 9:00 for a check engine light even though they had a full schedule.
