Jane's Nails is great! I get a gel manicure and regular pedicure. The women are so sweet and do an amazing job. This is by far the best nail place I've been.

Love this place - tried it after going to nailtopia down 202 for a while and I’m so glad I switched. Cleaner, smells amazing and reasonably priced. Gel mani was $40 and down the road at nailtopia she charged me $50 for a gel polish change which is absurd. I’ll keep coming back here for sure. The girls that work there are very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend!

The women that work here are incredibly nice and do an amazing job with their services. I personally believe that it’s the best place to get a manicure in Bernardsville/Basking Ridge. I go to them to get dip powder nails and they always do a fantastic job!

Maria does the best pedicure in town, hands down. I’ve tried various salons and have been disappointed every time. The ladies working here are professional and do an amazing job. I’m so glad this salon is back in business!

Most relaxing and thorough pedicure I’ve had in awhile, maybe ever!! Added bonus - it not only looked great, but it lasted a LONG TIME. Definitely going back!

I had a disappointing experience today at the nail salon, getting a pedicure.
Upon entering the salon, there was only one customer currently getting a pedicure and three employees sitting around, it appeared as if asking for a pedicure was an inconvenience.
There was also an employee sitting around listening loudly to a show on her cell phone, I feel this is rude, go in the back if you’re on break.
The girl was a bit aggressive, near the end, while polishing my toes, she kept trying to fit her hand in between my foot and the base of my flip-flop, causing the “thong” portion of my shoe to cut into the top of my foot! This was causing pain, not to mention stretching out my shoe unnecessarily. I had to ask her several times to stop! Because of this, the paper towel between my toes came loose and about to rub against the newly polished toes. I asked her to just take it out, with this she smudged the polish. Three chairs down another worker, unaware of exactly what transpired, blurted out “the paper is there for a reason” as if to embarrass me in front of several other customers in the store
Of course I know why the paper is between my toes! Unfortunately, I won’t be back. Customer service is imperative in the service industry, and they clearly do not appreciate that!

I come to Jane's Nails quite often and I usually get manicures. Due to some travels, I got a manicure and pedicure. It was going alright until she was in the middle of filing my nails and just left to thread eyebrows of customers. She didn't come back for fifteen minutes after. I think she thought I was too young to realize it. Other than that, the service is nice and it has a nice atmosphere.

I have been going to Jane’s for about a year every 2-3 weeks for a gel manicure. I’m really pleased with their manicures most of the times. Once it really sucked.
But their customer service is the absolute worse! The first time I went even though I had made an appointment well in advance I ended up waiting 45 minutes.I understood because they had a wedding party.
One time they forgot to mark down my appointment in their book so they handed me over to someone that did a horrible job.
I always call in advance to book appointments. So now, I go to my appointment, 3 techs working all on pedicures they just started. No one acknowledged me just ignored me but after going there frequently they know who I am. Watched for 15 minutes with still no acknowledgment and they hadn’t even started painting the toe nails. So I got up, put my coat on, still no acknowledgement, then walked out. No one even looked my way! So rude! They may be good technicians but terrible customer service. Bye-bye Jane’s! So all beware!

I had a disappointing experience here yesterday. I made two 4pm appts for my daughter and I about 2 weeks ago. All 4 ladies were helping others who were walk-ins when we arrived. By the time anyone even came over to us, it was almost 10 minutes. They told me they needed 10 more minutes. When one of the ladies looked at the appt book, we were the only appt in the book for hours. They took my daughter 40 minutes late and I was 55 minutes late. So inconsiderate. Both ladies text during both our appts too. One lady started mopping right where we were sitting at the dryer and the cleaning solution was so strong and noxious that we had to walk out with my wet fingernails. It was 6:15. Of course my nails arent great because they didnt have time to dry and it was so late at this point I had to drive home instead of wait in the car. Not the pleasant mother/daughter activity I envisioned.

I got a pedicure about a week ago and the women was very aggressive during my service. I was noticeably in pain but she continued to cut my toes down and dig into the side of my toe nails. Now a week later… I just left urgent care because one of my toes was so swollen and infected I couldn’t even walk on it. I now have to be on medication for the next 2 weeks. This place is overpriced and clearly not worth it.

This place breaks my heart. Been here two time and my nails come out great. The girls take there time and really make an effort. The following TWO times over come back with my fiancee and they tell me they are too busy and CAN'T take us. I under they are small but how about telling the customer to wait or call back to schedule an appointment. I dont understood how you can turn away business. I am truly disappointed by this action.
