I can not say enough good things about every physician here. They have went out of their way to help our family even after office hours. I recently had an issue where I really needed to be prescribed antibiotics on a Sunday when the office was closed. Dr Krendl made sure to get a hold of me for a virtual visit so she could get the prescription called in before pharmacies closed. I also received calls that same week from Joel and Elise Clark checking on my husband and my kids since they had also been seen in the office with an illness.
Another thing I’m very impressed with is how they care for our kids. I have one child who is very uncomfortable in a medical setting and they make him feel at ease every time.
We appreciate the convenience and the personalized care that every doctor and NP here have offered us.

I think they are all amazing and so kind. I appreciate that more than they know. Jamie Blackburn was so sweet and so patient with me today. And she is extremely Knowledgeable! I definitely would recommend this place to everyone and the staff is very kind and intelligent, as well!!

The level of unprofessionalism and disgusting people skills are on full display at this office. If you are someone considering going to a Physician in Lima, myself and MANY others would highly recommend avoiding this office. They are a nightmare to work with both at the office and over the phone (if you're even lucky enough to speak to someone). The flat out ignorance of this office is grossly inadequate to what the level of care should be for this profession. By far the worst experience I've ever encountered with a healthcare provider in any aspect. I truly question the qualifications claimed by the staff at this office due to the lack of knowledge and information given by these individuals. According to other comments, I am not the only one who has recognized this horrid display of professionalism.

There has been too many mistakes. Nurse Practitioner needs to go back to school or training. All she does is refer too the doctor. The doctor needs to be there. If you are slightly concerned about the diagnosis go some where else or a doctor with in the field of issue. 3 strikes and your out... especially when someone is suffering because of the wrong diagnosis/medication.

The people in the office are very rude and unprofessional. You can never get them to answer the phone. They take forever to call back and if you miss the call back , good luck.
