Knowledgeable and great service

My first experience was good, i bought a dining set and was happy with my experience and purchase so i came back a second time to purchase a sectional. Everything was well untill i needed a repair done on my set. I went back and forth trying to get calls back/ texts answered regarding the repairs each time i was either not answered or told they were looking into it. After 1month and a half i finally had a date set for the repair process to "start". They never showed up or called. I went multiple times to their shop and no one was ever there. On my visits to the store i came across several customers who were also there to complain about something and had received no answers. Unfortunately i will be looking to buy a new sofa else where. Super disappointed by this buisness, sad to see it's going down hill.

We came here thinking it was going to be one of the best decisions for our anniversary and my heart attack recovery and the bedroom set never came! She never called to say it was going to take longer and that was upsetting as she was so helpful to get the sale! She had no follow through! She said we would receive a pillow top and received a cheap mattress hard as wood no pillow top! I don't recommend her at all! She never got back to me until I filed a complaint with the company to cancel! So buyer beware! Take your business elsewhere!

I have bought a few times from this place every time he comes something ends up wrong I tried to give him a chance and again something came up wrong I’m not sure what the problems are but I sure hope it gets fixed
