Zumiez

Shout out to the manager that was on duty today and the other staff that helped me out and made me feel welcomed and especially helping me find my size, it’s probably nothing but to me honestly the best customer service I’ve had at a zumiez store!

Great service. Bought a pair of shoes online and had to return them due to being slightly the wrong style. The manager was training someone new and helped me. Super polite and helped me find the correct style by showing me shoes in the store and online. Could not ask for better treatment. All the time she was training and made sure I was taken care of the the newbie was learning too.

Went to zumiez to grab a new pair of dc's. Jer helped me out and was awesome! I asked him if he knew how to straight lace shoes and he did and did my new shoes for me! Awesome store and awesome associate!!!!

Staff was extraordinary. Went to buy a helmet but they didn't have my size in stock. They called two other Zumiez stores to get me one. Two weeks later I'm back and not only do they remember my name and help my wife get a pair of out of stock shoes shipped to us. Wish more stores had this level of customer service.

Omg where do i start, the two people that were working there Anna and Robert they worked like professionals They were very knowledgeable and im definantly a permanent customer and they really really made me and my FAM have a great experience im referring this zumies to everyone one i know. And they had very positive ongoing personalitys thank you guys fr. 💯🙌
