Friendly's

Went here with my family, the wait staff were very friendly and when food came back with an error she went back and made sure it was right. I got the turkey club and it was really good (it's half eaten in the photo, there were 4 pieces of sandwich) I got a brownie sundae as well, though I forgot a photo. Food was delicious and still warm.
The bathrooms were kinda gross, but usable, toilets were clean but floor was a bit yuck. Also all floors could have used a once over for dropped bits and pieces, but tables, booths, and silverware were very clean

We loved it here. I haven't been in a few years and took my grandchildren. The waitress was extremely pleasant and prompt. The food was excellent and we took our time enjoying each other's company. We bought ice cream from the freezer to take home. Fun day, we will definitely return.

11/17/23 delivery via door dash was prompt.
Bacon mac & cheese burger & fries were freshly made, received very hot. Ice cream was bagged separately so it didn't melt. Everything was as requested & delicious. Thank you 😊

Ordered via door dash breakfast & they delivered another order b4 mine. Unacceptable I live so close, .08 mile, 5 minutes or less yet it took over 12 minutes...
The food was very good other than cold eggs. Breakfast potatoes with peppers & onions are so good, nice chunks of peppers & onions! French toast was thick & delicious. They remembered to include butter, syrup, utensils. Very good overall. Will be ordering breakfast now that it's back!!

I ordered DoorDash and they made the food completely wrong. After dealing with DoorDash (which was a NIGHTMARE) I called and spoke to the manager on duty, she was of little help so I waited until the following day and spoke to the store manager; who not only corrected the issue, but went above and beyond to ensure we were happy. We have ordered ice cream everyday for about 2 weeks now because sometimes you just have a craving for a Jim dandy and a build a sundae lol
So THANK you to the store manager for fixing the problem and making our day better :)

Great first experience here. As soon as you walk in make sure you have room for ice cream! Cute tables, and environment. Food selection from burgers, to fork food. Ice cream selection is nice with customization.

Kudos to the team here i came for a meal after my delivery this morning and the food was great. Thanks to the morning supervisor and crew for working with me on getting the ezcater today and tomorrow out they were so nice. Hope to see you all more!

I walked in after a rough day for an ice cream. I was greeted by Kayla (manager) who gave off so much positivity. I was served by Angela, quick friendly and an absolutely joy. I watched her do her job with such joy that I was slightly envious of the job I have. My ice cream was spot on (thanks Marquissa). I ate the whole thing, and I rarely do so. In the end, I walked out feeling better than I walked in.

Kate was our waitress. She was very friendly and helpful. As I was eating she was working so hard. Always so busy but had a beautiful smile on her face. You should be glad to have such a nice young lady. Thank you, Annette Dunn
