We had a great experience here. Shopping for a new couch is almost as stressful as house shopping. We went to 5 places before here and 2 more after. We ended up buying a sectional from Cleveland Furniture Company. The delivery scheduling, and actual delivery and assembly, was painless and phenomenal. Although the prices online are a little lower, it was worth the personal service, being able to actually see the pieces, and knowing EXACTLY what we'd be getting.
100% recommended.

My experience here was wonderful. Not only did Mike go out of his way to help us, but he was also super patient and kind while working with us. I went to buy a loft bed; in prior experiences with other companies, they would shut me down right away. But Mike gave us all our options, expensive and cheap, and was always willing to tell us his honest opinion. Me and my mom will definitely be coming back again!

This was the first star that we decided to check on for a couple of reasons. We liked the two brothers on the commercial they seem very friendly and down to earth and they are not a big name so we felt we could get a better price. Lo and behold we walked in there in the assistant manager named Pete approached us and we told them what we were interested in and he did not follow us around and pressure us. He was very informative and we felt we received a very fair price and he gave us knowledge and all the questions that we asked. At that point we decided to make our purchase today and not bother to go anywhere else because we were very well satisfied. He never also tried to sell us some thing over our purchasing budget which we really appreciate. Hands-down the best Furniture buying experience that I have ever had in my life.

Absolutely AMAZING place! I recently got rid of all of my old bedroom furniture, and bought a beautiful bedroom set. I found EXACTLY what I had envisioned, right here - and this was the very first placed I looked! Jim was my salesman, and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! Marty was very kind got us the best price possible! Delivery was 3 days out which was so fast! Did have an issue with part of couch delivery guys came back within 10 min of calling after they left. Took broken piece and had it fixed and re-delivered next day by 1pm! Fastest service great prices and friendly employees!! I will recommend and be going back!

We purchased a lane power rocker recliner. Great selection! Other area stores kept telling us power rocker/recliners are rare. Cleveland Furniture had a huge selection!Our salesperson Jim was great! We were greeted by Mike. He said simply “welcome to our store, let me know if there’s anything I can help you with. My name is Mike.” And he left us alone until he realized we were near the end of the store and then approached us kindly. We had all three of our kids, all under 5 with us and he was super patient and understanding of our needs. He showed us sectionals that had options of different configurations, he measured sectionals for us, and he helped us hunt for the right one. When we found one we liked I grimaced at the price, and he was able to offer us something mostly within our budget but more importantly with an outstanding warranty and one that fit our space. He was just so friendly, and professional, and not at all pushy or condescending. Someone has to give Mike a raise! I appreciated how clean the store was, how nicely organized it was, and how (even though there was a huge selection ) it flowed nicely. We had been to a competitor up the street (and several others) and thought that would be our only option. Being that we have 3 little kids we didn’t want to invest too much but also knew you we’d get what we paid for, and were pleasantly surprised by this gem. I never paid enough attention to know it existed. If you are shopping for furniture and shopping around I encourage you to give this place a visit. Hopefully you’ll be as happy with the experience alone as we were!

Recently visited to purchase a new sectional/couch. This place has a great selection to look through and the sales experience was good. Previously when we visited this store about a year ago, we were followed and made to feel uncomfortable. I'm glad I stopped by this time - Pete was an amazing salesperson, very knowledgeable and easy to work with and will do work with us to complete the sale. He also did not follow us or make us feel uncomfortable while looking through the store and clearly wanted to make sure we were happy. We checked out other stores, but ultimately came back here to purchase because the experience was proper.

We had gone to so many furniture stores and couldn’t find what we were looking for and this was our last stop. We were greeted by Jim who couldn’t have been anymore friendly. No sales pressure and he was patient and helped us find exactly what we wanted. We are so thrilled and we will be coming back again soon. Great selection, great people and they do what they say!

There was so much to to look at, I had a very hard time choosing. Tom, the salesman, was patient with me. He worked on pricing that would fit my budget. I highly recommend this place for your next purchase. Make sure you see Tom.
The delivery was within the same week as the purchase, and went very smooth. It was a very pleasant experience from start to finish.

My wife and I have been looking for a kitchen table for weeks now and the experience has not been a pleasant one until we came here! Nick was our salesman and he was amazing. He wasn’t pushy or overbearing he listened to what my wife wanted and what she liked and he showed her exactly what they had for her style. It was a great experience where a salesman didn’t push and we walked away with a table we loved and couldn’t be happier. We recently purchased a couch through Cleveland Furniture Company. They had a great selection! We worked with Jane to find the best couch for us. She was very helpful and so knowledgeable about the couches and their materials and features. Jane made sure we could find a couch that would fit through our small apartment doorways. The couches we wanted were in stock and had a quick delivery time too. I’m so excited about my quality couch that will last for years to come!

This store has great product and truly nice staff! Our first bedroom set wasn’t going to come in on time for our move and they were quick to help us find a new one in stock and got it to us in perfect time! The two men that delivered and set up our set were very nice and professional and did an amazing job making sure it was where we needed it and it was just how we wanted. Will definitely make future purchases here
