My family and I have been seeing Laura Luke and her staff for about a year. She has worked very closely and diligently with us through so much. Both her and her staff are very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. They have made us feel like family since day one. I highly recommend Laura Luke to anyone who is in need of genuine care.

I absolutely love Laura Luke she cares about about patient. . She takes her time and listen to you .. When I went to her my shoulder was injured I was seeing a doctor for 7 years he kept sending me to Pt I went to him saying pt isnt working my shoulder hurting more he didn't care.. So I had enough found Laura Luke and with in a week she found out the real problem so a big Thank you to her she's just a very caring person and also her staff members (!! So a big shot out of thanks for all they have done for me including Kim who works at front desk!! !

Laura Luke is an amazing Dermatologist. She cares deeply for her patients. She is very thorough!Sometimes there is a long wait, but it definitely worth it!!

Laura Luke is worth the wait if ur looking for a dermatologist who actually listens to your needs and concerns shes the one to go to and her staff is amazing as well ! They all get a 👍 from me!

Very friendly staff. Always feel welcomed. Also, really takes her time to get to know her patients and spends a lot of time with them in the room.

I have been nothing but satisfied with the services provided by Dr. Luke. She has treated every issue I have had and I hope to continue receiving her care for many years to come.

First let's start off by saying my appointment was at 1:00pm which I arrived early to to ensure I wasn't late. I was not seen until after 3:00pm. During my visit with Laura Luke, she seemed as if she was on drugs, completely out of it and zonked out and could barely state a whole sentence. I was only given the wonderful opportunity of seeing her for a whole whopping five minutes! During this timeframe she didn't even look at my face and I couldn't take my mask off to show where my acne issue is. I explained to her two different medications that I was on that did not work. She said okay I will give you an internal antibiotic and a steroid cream and a topical cream different than what I have tried. I was told my scripts should be ready by the next day, except they weren't because my pharmacy didn't receive them at all. Called back to find first they didn't send over my scripts and thankfully so because she prescribed me the exact stuff I told her I was on for months that didn't work for me. They said no worries they will have it changed and will call back before end of day. No call back. I called back the next day to find nothing had been done and there were no notes of my call. She placed me on hold for about 20 minutes before coming back and saying the doctor is busy and they will have to call me back. Still no call back. This is by far the worst place I have ever been!

If I could give it no stars, I would! I'm always early to my appointments, yet am waiting at least 30 minutes to get in to a room, then another 45 minutes to an hour and a half MORE until Dr Luke herself comes in. During that time, no one checks in with me, on me. And every, every, every, appointment, Dr. Luke always looks and sounds like she's talking to you half asleep and half stoned.
I wish there were another dermatologist In my network, because if I had ANY other opt-in, I would see someone else. And every time I'm in the waiting room, the other patients in there are complaining about the exact same issues. So why does nothing change or get addressed?

giving 1 star is too generous. would def give none if possible. i wouldn't recommend laura luke to anyone. i've been seeing her for years in hopes of finding effective treatment to control my psoriasis. she tried a few different meds and creams and none worked and she never did blood work. she rarely looked at my skin to see improvement or regression just kept trying different meds every time. waiting room times exceeds an hr every single visit only for the time to be spent with her for about 5-7min tops. my last straw was when she prescribed me a medication that could have ruined my chances of having children in the future. it also effected other meds i was on and i was not informed. i found this out through the pamphlet for the med, not even laura. but i'm glad i found that out before i started taking the med. doesn't seem like she has my best interest. there are an array of other meds she could have prescribed me. nice lady, not a good provider. i almost referred my friend to her and i'm glad i didn't. she also sent in the wrong dosage of medication one time and blamed it on the pharmacy.

After waiting over an hour and 10 minutes for my appointment, I went up to the administrative assistant to ask how long the Dr will be. The woman not only got an attitude but told me to take it up with the doctor who I hadn't seen yet.
There was someone else in the waiting room who was still waiting and their appointment was for a half hour before me.
This was after last time when I waited for over 2 hours as well.
My last appointment was for 8am. She didn't arrive until 830am.
Absolutely changing my doctor after this appointment.

Office layout is not conducive to ppl in wheel chair. No body seems to have communication skills in this office. UPDATE: If you leave a negative review, they will call you at home!!

Dont go here if you have a Schedule My appointment was for 845 Am got there at 8:30 the people who had a appointment at 8 o'clock was still sitting there they didn't get taken until 915.10 o'clock rolled around I was still sitting there I got up I told them that I don't need my appointment that bad and I left I will be going somewhere else.

This is the most horrible Dermatologist we have ever been too. My friend also goes there, and her face was burned. She will return to Fayetville NY.
